Had a delivery that was a total disaster. All food was ruined due to the delivery driver. CS tried to fob me off- then they BARTERED on the refund!!! They started at $8 credit and after about an hour I got them up to $60 and I gave up. Ironically the one item I paid for was missing from the order! If I get time I’m taking them to consumer affairs. It makes sense they mainly have the worst restaurants.

I have already spent considerable time with CS on 2-3 separate occasions, my time is more valuable than the money lost to your dismal scammy customer service. I am merely warning prospective users of your app of the risks due to what is clearly company policy to not provide professional services. I also made the mistake of ordering once more after the above problem and the food was finished and waiting for pickup for 45-60 minutes. I have contacted the restaurant and recommended they not use your service because I thought the food would have been tasty if not for Fantuan’s poor delivery.Show lessannNDYB

Terrible software and management, highly not recommended unless you want to end up frustrated. Orders just keep getting delayed with no compensation offered. The delivery personnel are also terrible, prioritizing other orders and then abandoning them when it's too late. Restaurants take advantage of long estimated times and forget to confirm meals. Eventually, it took over two hours to receive the meal, and by then, the price was much higher than originally quoted, leaving me with cold food.Show lessJungjung17

So I’m a DoorDash driver and I earn money delivering food to people using the DoorDash app this company Santine apparently is a middleman while already. There is a middleman like DoorDash example is I just delivered food from an Asian restaurant to recipient and was paid only three dollars it was a two batch order two different restaurants two different recipients under both recipients name was the same name Antoine this name I start to see how the world works how companies work and me as the worker I see how I’m being treated and paid. I can tell you this world does not care and there’s no one on this earth, who has consideration for others off the top of my pay and stole for me. I’m a real nice guy and I do my job well and stuff like this really mean to somebody I don’t want to be angry frustrated. I try so hard to stay and do the right thing and companies like this, Antoine and DoorDash steal from my pay. Why even try to be nice or good guy it’s unfair and I’m looking into it more and do some research maybe even file I know for a fact I should be being paid more and to have things like this happened to me being ripped off by company not right I’ll get to the bottom of itShow lessharshlok
