  • NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD

    Pretty sure this app and service is still in beta and trying to iron out the kinks, but they shouldn’t confirm orders they are unable to fulfill then. I ordered some pizza through google and this app is what popped up as the way for me to order delivery. Once the order was placed the restaurant confirmed it and that’s where my pizza sat for the rest of the night and is still probably sitting. A delivery driver was never assigned to my order and there’s no way for me to contact customer service. The help button only allows me to look at answers for general questions. It was a late night pizza order and this app does advertise to be an Asian food delivery company, but again then don’t say you are open to accept an order that you aren’t able to fulfill. I’m in New York City so I have a hard time believing if they’re unable to find delivery drivers here, there’s no way they can find delivery drivers elsewhere. I will be disputing the charge with my cc company since there’s no way for me to ask for a refund on their app.

    I ordered twice and both of them were extremely slow and overtime. Really bad experience.

    Fantuan is worst meal order app in the world! The system showed the restaurant has taken the order and start preparing order then order was ready. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, the manager said they didn’t even get the order. What a waste of time and gas to order from Fantuan. Their system must just used a timer to progress the states of your order and never even check with the restaurant. What a lazy design that don’t even care about customers’s time. I think any reasonable App should make efforts to make sure the order went through before sending customers to pick up the order. Hope this App will be replaced by other company ver soon. Don’t waste your time download or using this App again.

  • Compulsory tips?

    Just found that I cannot place the order without tipping? Ridiculous
  • The worst app ever

    This is the worst app ever. They charge you service fee + delivery fee +tips in total amount of more than $10 every time. They force you to tip starting at least 10% of the sum of all the cost including tax, food cost, service fee, delivery fee, and tips. It doesn’t make any sense. The service is terrible. The complaint doesn’t work out at all.

    It usually takes more than 1 hours to send the food. The average time is 1.5 hour. I even experienced more than 2 hours. The reason is that the delivery people take too many orders at the same time and send to multiple location. It means you are not only paying for you food delivery period, but also others’. It’s a total waste of time and money.

  • Worst delivery ever

    EVERY SINGLE TIME it takes 2.5hr AT LEAST to deliver my food. Every delivery man has like ten other orders to deliver after picking up you food and it’s always this case. Customer service always just copy paste the generic response and tell you they have asked the driver to deliver soon. And here I am still waiting after 2 hours.
    Worst delivery app ever, the above happens every single time. I can’t leave a zero or minus score but I would very much like to.

  • Use a lot

    I'm a regular user of yours, but now the coupons have a minimum limit, make me don't want to use this app. Hope it can be improved.
  • Massive inconvenience

    My first order was canceled by the restaurant for no reason. I asked the customer service how to prevent this cancellation happen, but had no response other than templated apologies. Since then, I have lost the trust of making more orders through this App.
  • Robotic customer service

    My dinner was late for 1 hr. (It took 40 mins for my dinner to be delivered so I waited 1hr 40mins for my dinner in total)
    Contacted CS and all the CS (CS16, the CS I talked to only has a number) can say is sorry for the inconvenience. The issue is reported to different departments to avoid it happens again in the future. And keep repeating the same script.
    My dinner is of course cold when they finally arrived. Thanks to my microwave, even the food were soggy but at least they are warm. So it’s a bonus :)
    I did receive a “complimentary” $5 coupon for compensation. But I will probably pick a day that I do not mind waiting an extra hour to order again and use my complimentary $5. 😜
    And I also learnt my lesson that I will not bother contact the CS if there is any issue. It is just complete waste of time 🙈

  • Terrible worse service

    Ordered food at 6:12pm costed 19 dollars, waited for an hour food hasn’t arrived, asked customer service and they said they haven’t even picked the food up. After that they lied and said “driver called u did u receive it”? Then they said “the food is in the drivers car, u didn’t pick up so he didn’t know where the address is”. DONT USE THIS APP, this is a straight up terrible app. Got my food 2 hrs late and they compensate with useless vouchers.
