  • NOT A SINGLE AVAILABLE RESTAURANT!!!

    我真是无语了,很少评价软件的,但我真是忍无可忍了因为实在是太搞笑。铺天盖地的广告 结果下载了一看,一家能配送的饭店都没有!!!一家都没有!!!(我在NW1
    I rarely write apps review but I just can’t stand this anymore. There are tons of ads for this app so I downloaded it. Guess what. There is not a single restaurant I can order from!!!!!!! Either closed or beyond the delivery coverage (I’m in NW1 )🫤🫤🫤It’s so ridiculous totally useless

  • I feel bad about this app.

    There is no voucher can be applied when pay the order, and the discount can not be use when the users coupons applied.
    I download this app because they said there are many discount for the new users, but it treats fault.
  • Useless for Now

    There are less than a dozen restaurants available, none of them delivers to my address (E20, which is a prime location in East London).

    It's absolutely useless for now; giving 2 stars as I hope it improves over time.
  • Needs work on Translation and verifying Merchants

    worst customer service ever! Never want to resolve anything and always dodge the questions I have regarding a fake merchant trying to be a store I originally want to order from! They never verify the merchants info and fact-check the actual English name translation of a merchant store before putting it out on the app. I was left confused and troubled in the middle of my lunch break trying to order from Meet Fresh (which turns out to be a store pretending to be a Meet Fresh or a way to deceived people) and when I came to pick up my food in actual Meet Fresh (the only branch in my area of Flushing, Queens) they were saying that the store I ordered from is pretending to be them. How is that even possible? Like are there no team in ensuring that all merchant info is correct and true before publishing it on the app? I believe this is Fantuan’s fault in letting such an inconvenience and participating in deceitful and ruthless practice! Do better!

  • Stop tricking people with “fake” discount and fake “low” price

    1. Price of food on fantuan is higher than the actual menu from restaurants, not only a bit, a lot.
    2. Fuanuan offers user discount but it raises the price like more than double and gives 30 percents discount. The reason why it does this is because they can charge user more service fee. I can’t believe they calculate the service fee and tip before discount. Like you think users are dumb?
    3. There had no customer service, the only thing they will do is give you $2 off for next order with minimum order required.
    The way this app makes profit is just too ugly.

  • Preordering issues

    I order using Fantuan many times without issues but also I have never did preorder until today when I ordered at 11:40am at two different restaurants and chose to pick up at 12:30pm but received messages that both orders were ready at 12pm. I could not make it to the restaurants and 12pm and end up with cold soggy food. I called the restaurants and was told nowhere on the orders says 12:30pm pickup. Why is there a preorder option if orders are pushed to restaurants with no notes of pick up times.

  • Perfect Fast

    Very easy to use and the discount is great. Fast delivering, the food still had good temperature and taste when got home !
  • Serious security and privacy issues

    ❗️This app has serious security and privacy issues.‼️ Customer service explicitly told me that they can access my account and tag me/ label me so that restaurants know what type of customer I am. This makes me feel threatened and terrified as well. What tag/ tags will customer service give me when they access my account? They can see my name, my number and my living/working address. ❗️I wonder what else they can do with my account or my personal information . ❗️I feel like they have this punishment system that if a customer complains about a wrong/ missing item, customer service will punish the customer by tagging that customer in his/her personal account.

  • Ridiculous Customer Service

    DON’T DOWNLOAD THE APP!

    I’ve used this app for a couple of times in the past. Roughly 20% of my orders went wrong, usually missing items or broken packaging. But I had no idea how TERRIBLE it’s customer service could be until my order tonight. The app showed the food has been delivered. However when we checked our door, there’s nothing. We checked the building next door, found nothing there as well.

    Yes it turned out that the ENTIRE ORDER WENT MISSING! And the customer service lost contact of the delivery person. Starving and upset, we asked the customer service agent for solution or compensation. In order to make it up to us, the customer service agent offered a $5 coupon (even less than the service fee they are charging for a typical order) and refused to replace the order for us. At this point what they offered feels quite insulting. They don’t seem to care about customer experience at all. And what’s even more ridiculous is the customer service person disappeared after our conversation. And the coupon NEVER showed up in the wallet. What a joke.

    Will not use the app again. And will definitely NOT recommend it to anyone I know.

  • An absurd delivery experience

    I ordered from fantuan many times before with no problem, but today was probably the worst experience. First I had scheduled delivery for a certain time because there was no option to have it delivered earlier (of course I’d like it earlier if possible), so the delivery arrived 2+ hours after I ordered when usually it is much much faster. They had thought it was supposed to be delivered strictly in that time frame. Second, the person who delivered was not Chinese, which made it even more confusing for both them and myself, as I had asked to meet outside for the delivery but they clearly didn’t get the message and entered the building I was in. They also didn’t bother to call my number I always put in my orders. I think there was a Chinese person who was directing them on how to deliver but it just made the process so much slower. I understand that there might be a shortage of delivery workers but at least have them do their deliveries correctly. Be consistent, because this really tempted me to not order again…
