Doing fine for now

Nice UI design!

Wynd app not working

After this new update, the app black screen!
Please fix it ASAP

Not all that reliable, bad updates

This app gets updated often and when it does, I have to delete it and reinstall it because it just spins for days in my updates. Then, I have to login again and reconnect the tracker and filter. It’s somewhat of a headache and I hope they get the software side of things figured out.

The actual hardware piece is a gem. The medical grade air purifier does the trick in my small office and the air is noticeably cleaner and easier on my allergies than before I had the product. I do like the feature and graphs of AQI and air particles as well. Keep up the good work, but iron out the bugs of the app please.

App is Terrible

I’ve had to delete & reinstall this app 3 times since I received my Wynd to “fix” the connection issues. Now the “Insights” section of the app won’t work correctly. I love the air purifier, but the app is garbage.

Needs some work

Doesn’t show historical data.
Doesn’t show all data from Halo such as VOCs or CO2, so sometimes when Wynd score is low I don’t know why.
Slow to connect.

Glitchy

Wynd products work great. Software and app, not so much. Very glitchy with connection problems and sporadic (inaccurate) readings for halo and home purifier.

Sign In with Apple.... where is it?

I’m only going to purchase a unit once they add the ability to Sign In with Apple.

Update: still no Sign In with Apple, and after 1 month of usage my purifier is completely dead. It will not charge. I have tried using multiple cables and chargers to no avail. What a expensive mistake this was.

Despite the struggle, I like it

I love my wynd personal air purifier and now my Wynd Halo. My Halo is unable to update and my purifier’s plug won’t hold a charge anymore... likely because of the adapter prong thing. It works fine when plugged into a different usb charger. Despite hiccups, I find my bedroom easier to breath in and the purifier does help a lot. I’m hoping to purchase the home purifier when I get my own place and won’t be judged for having one. For now the little personal one does well. I do find the high pitched squeal from the tracker off of the personal purifier extremely annoying, and the Halo’s is a high enough pitch that it blends into the background if not sitting right next to it. One of those problems with having “young hearing” and hearing the higher pitches. That’s probably the only thing that bothers me the most out of everything. Sometimes I have to turn off the Halo if I have a headache or migraine or it drives me crazy. Wish there was a way to only have it emit that noise every minute briefly or something instead of constant high pitched buzzing. :(

Can’t stay connected to Halo

This app will not remain paired to the Wynd Halo for more than a couple of hours, which makes it 100% useless. The Halo, and this app, is lacking not only that basic functionality, but is lacking a lot of the functionality promised as part of the Kickstarter campaign. I’m extremely disappointed by the entire product experience. I waited a year passed the original manufacturing time and this is the best that they could do. I should have just purchased a purifier from a known brand a year and a half ago. Lesson learned.

Buggy

The halos keep disconnecting from the app. The app won’t let me take the purifier off auto mode or let me control the fan speed from the app. So far not so good
