I purchased this and then within a day or 2 saw it was not yet for me. I cancelled with Apple but have still been billed. Seem to be unable to find any way in the app or with Apple to get a refund.

Great app
This is the best app by far that I have found to accurately measure heart rate. I have compared its measurements to both Fitbit measurements as well as manual measurements and found that they were extremely similar. Very easy to use, and possibly the only app that works efficiently with a case covering the lens.Show lesschelseadai
Good App. Improvement Suggestion
Add a ‘Special’ category besides ‘Normal’, ‘Walking’, etc. for those ‘Hick-Ups’, ‘ rhythms’, etc.
An edit function to change categories would also be useful.DM Frans
Heart rate pro
Just purchased this and it keeps telling me no camera. Doesn’t say how to rectify this ?
I used the first heart rate monitor and found it useful. Can’t use that now as pro as taken over and keep telling me no camera think I have just wasted my money. As I can’t contact anyone though the app. Disappointed I have only rated one star as it would not let me send unless I rated this app but I would not have rated it at all.Show lessGranmie

Average and do a calibration
Need to be able to do an average I do my readings 3 times in a roll, it’s seem that the first reading is always low, low has in the mid 40 all the others around 70. You should be able to delete the ones you don’t want or the one’s you know are not righttpc4545

Amazing and accurate
I have heart issues and checked it against EMT and ER and Hospital devices and it is accurate every time! Handy and worth spending money on deluxe version! Doctors used info to help evaluate me because I had an accurate documentation

Not accurate at all. Do not buy.
I’ve tried this app for several days now with multiple finger positions and no matter what I try it simply doesn’t work on a regular basis. Occasionally I can get an accurate reading but more often than not it is wrong. Not just a little but a lot. For example, this morning I had three readings saying my HR was in the eighties. When I checked it with my Apple Watch it was more like 50-55 (my HR is often on the low side). I will be deleting this app and wishing I had my 2 bucks back. BTW-I almost never write reviews, good or bad, so please trust me and look elsewhere if you want a real, trustworthy HR app.Show lesssnodgrass11
