  • Was a good app before update

    The app had many good dramas that are free and I used to love watching using this app. However after the update I’m not able to open the app anymore it crashes when ever I open it. I tired deleting and reinstalling however it did not help. I contacted customer service and its been over two weeks and no reply. It’s a shame that it doesn’t work anymore.

  • Ads freeze and don’t play

    Everything is fine then it gets to the ads and it just freezes

  • Great app!

    I love this app for watching variety shows and dramas! I wish they had some JTBC shows and stuff like that but the selection right now is pretty decent (-: BUT ever since the last update I’m not able to adjust the brightness of the screen or volume by swiping down on either the left of right side which is pretty annoying /-: I have to go through the settings on my phone to adjust both of them. Wish they could bring back the old way of adjusting those whole dull being able to watch the video!

  • I liked it better before

    I liked how it was prior to the update when I could just swipe on the screen to go back or forward (instead of tapping) as well as to raise the brightness and volume. In fact, that is something I really liked on the app and wish more apps had. Because it made it easy to make quick adjustments.

    I wish the search feature was easier to use, but overall like the app. And like the shows. I do wish that for shows that were in progress it said that somewhere in the description. I prefer to watch shows once they are finished. Also if they aren’t finished if it had the release date of the next episode, that would also be useful.

    I have downloaded this app but can’t seem to figure out how to get the English subs.

  • doesnt let me log in / sign up ?

    i love kocowa and i’ve been using it for a while which is why i’m giving a good review, but everytime i try to sign in to my account or even make a new account, “ [ Error 100 : - 1011 ] an unknown error has occurred, Please try again. “ please fix this!! :)

  • Cannot sign up

    I downloaded the app But I cannot sign up, it keeps saying error, have tried signing up using my gmail, facebook and apple ID
  • Not recommended

    I subscribed for a month with my apple ID and would plan to use it from now on. Unfortunately, one day i have problems with my wifi at home, the Kocowa account is accidently logged out. When I sign in again, my membership is gone. I already emai to CS but no response for two weeks. Really disappointed. Not recommend this app guys

  • Reoccurring issues

    Well after I started paying for the ads to be removed and more access to shows and movies technical problems started occurring. First off going into the app the app signs me out of my account and I have to go through the process of signing back in, and sometimes I would get a road block that says error that stops me from getting in. Second I pay the fee so I can fully enjoy the app and what it has to offer and my favorite variety show is running man I really only go on there for that, but not all the episodes are up so what’s the point. Third I can’t even get into the app despite nothing being wrong with my password just the app itself won’t let me in it keeps saying error so if I don’t have access to it why charge me....
