Wonky
What's the point of having an app if it's all just hyperlinks? Pretty pointless other than using my barcode which even then has its issues. Not to mention how plain and ugly the entire interface is.
Can’t book classes on occasion because my gym chose this software
Every now and then the reservation flow will continually return me out to the home page before I’m able to reserve a spot in a class. Fix this one bug and I’d give it 5 stars. Others seem to be reporting the same.
Annoying use of captcha
App makes the user complete a captcha every time they make a booking despite already being logged in.
It’s not an app in any meaningful sense.
It serves basically no purpose. There are no additional benefits of significance compared to simply logging into the climbing wall website, and it looks less appealing.
Easier than booking on web
This isn’t as bad as people are making it out to be. It’s a lot easier to book classes here, under 30 secs, than on the website (movement website is super glitchy via mobile). Sure the user interface could use some work, and it’d be nice to see all classes in a week or month on one screen instead of flipping thru each day, but you take what you can get

Not the prettiest app, but it lets you do what you need to. Seems stable on my end
So frustrated
It is difficult to express how bad of a product this is.
Every time I use RGPro (on mobile, desktop, iPad) I am stunned by how poorly it works and how terrible the user experience is. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Super glitchy
I have reloaded this app repeatedly. It keeps disallowing me to enter my password. It cycles back to ask me home gym. Very frustrating.
Really needs wallet support for barcodes
The app works, but is inconvenient. The app should donate the barcodes to apple wallet
No wallet pass?
If I’m going to download an app to sign in to my gym, it better have wallet support in this day and age. This does not, and has not been updated since 2019. We have no idea what the privacy is like either as it has been so long since an update. I’m happy to change my review should wallet support be added.
