Cant even sign in
Absolutely terrible
It works…barely.
The app is very dated. The user interface is abysmal. It constantly forgets your information and is overall very frustrating to use. I wish my gym didn’t use it.
Limited functionality but works as a simple reservation system
The app works well for signing up for classes in under a minute, as it can store all your user information and autofill forms. It also has an easy-to-use interface. It is lacking in the ability to cancel a reservation from the app (or at least I haven't been able to) and would be helpful to have more info about upcoming community/calendar events and hours of operation (or changes in hours).

Please add apple wallet barcode support!
The app is a glorified barcode displayer. They change the numbers of the barcode by a couple digits every time you open the app so you can’t just add the static barcode into apple wallet. I would happily rate this 5 stars if you would add integration with apple wallet so I can use my Apple Watch to sign in at the front desk of the gym.

Shocking excuse for an app
I echo everything ‘sunset _stalker’ wrote, with the additional point that the fact the barcode can’t even be integrated into an Apple Wallet card makes this app almost totally pointless.. if you can even call it an app, it’s a poorly designed webpage inside a frame. The signup process, I might add, was abysmal. The UI was shocking and I had to enter card details twice. Heaven only knows how my data is being stored. Can’t believe climbing centres actually pay money for this. I can’t find anything good to say about this app, even the name is rubbish and hardly memorable.

Useless
Almost no functionality, terrible user interface.
Works well with Hive
Works well for what it was built for! Haven’t had any issues booking my climbing sessions so far.
Frequently fails to register
The app tries to load a robot test which often doesn’t load. No way to continue except click the “reload robot test” link which only rarely works. I wish my gym had another way to register for classes.
Painful to book several member of a family pass
I expected the app to make bookings easier and despite having all the info and ease for date selection, members details have to be painfully re-entered each time you book for a different member under the same family pass.

Can’t login multiple accounts at different gym
It would make more sense if I can log into different accounts at different gyms at the same time.
