Does the bare minimum
This app allows you to schedule a class or climbing session (albeit with a lot of effort).
However, the user interface experience is awful. There’s no simple way to view the classes you’ve schedule in a calendar mode (it shows you in a list that is out of order). Even when you look at the class schedule you can’t see which ones you’ve already booked—you have to go back to the list (that’s in no intuitive spot) and try to decipher which spots you’ve signed up for. Also, scheduling requires you to type in your address EVERY time; the app won’t save that information for me. All around, the app does the bare minimum and then calls it a day. Please have someone redesign this into a functional app.

Non-functional booking app for high volume events
Frequent crashes, repeatedly returning to the front page, and lack of double-booking prevention make this app a nightmare for booking at a busy climbing gym. Where I climb, bookings fill within a minute, and the apps general instability as well as seemingly random decision to sometimes erase my pre-filled address regularly prevent me from booking a slot, even when I am prepared and refreshing the page when bookings open.
Not being able to climb due to the app’s failures is incredibly frustrating. The web experience is significantly more stable, however, not really feasible for rolling bookings a week out that open when I am at the climbing gym.

Absolutely useless

i never review apps but this app is garbage. the app constantly refreshes every couple of seconds so before you are able to finish filling in registration info you lose all progress

Annoying Captcha every time you book
And the agreements don’t pre-fill so you have to fill it every time.
Terrible UX
For the love of god, hire a designer to remake the app. There are many looking for work. Why didn’t you already do this? Thoughtless app design.

The new captcha is difficult to see the full spread of images as the pop up pops off the screen. Very efficient could use that fix though
Needs another update
I’m on a relatively new phone with the current app version. The app refreshes leading me back to the home screen before I can make a reservation. If I click really fast sometimes I can get a reservation in- it takes about 30 tries. I’ll update my rating when it starts working again.
Refresh
Application refreshes constantly when trying to book appointments erasing the work and necessitating you restart the process. Looks like it refreshes whenever the check-in counter updates. Leads to losing your spot and having to book on website. Developers need to think hard about QC/UA testing of the features. Could be a great app, falls very short.
