Barcode not loading
Good app to check calendar but I’ve deleted and re downloaded, logged off and on multiple times and my barcode still doesn’t show up. Please fix.
Naming and apple wallet
Why is this called “RGpro connect”? Call it “RockGym” call it ANYTHING more memorable. Or! Add some spotlight search terms so you can find it on your phone “Rock climbing” would be a good one.

I use my phone exclusively for check-in. But a update request: I would like to use my watch. Could you look into adding this feature?

It simply does not work with the new IOS update. I cannot scan in where I need to.

Barcode doesn’t work after iOS 13 upgrade. No idea why, but gym staff confirmed!

This app never works correctly. Every time I click on the facility calendar to browse the classes it resets and takes me back to the main screen. This app is absolutely useless and causes me uncontrollable rage.
It’s so bad, I can’t believe gyms pay for it
Logging in, following URLs, searching calendars, and booking classes are all Herculean tasks with this app—despite those being the purpose of the app. Skip the gym and work on getting this app to book a class for you!
There are better apps out there, gyms! Do your homework, and get a app that actually serves your members.

Where to begin? Three immediate improvements:
- The app name? Nothing hints at touchstone
- No apple passwords and Face ID integration
- No Wallet integration

Seems obvious that I should be able to add my member barcode to my Apple Wallet for easy access. Please make this change!!!
