Not a good ride

We had a driver that thought he was driving on the race track, way too fast which required him to have quick stops. He must have been hard of hearing because the music was so loud the people on the street were dancing when we stopped. But the main thing was how fast he was driving.

Resident of DP

I will tell you that the City of DP is not thinking about itโ€™s residents with the Trolley. Nor DP activities. Only revenue for the New DP! If you were thinking of the city, you would have made the route carry the entire city. But only the NEW DP is included. Really blowing it! Too bad! Maybe consider ALL shops and residents as well as tourists!!

Great Ride

If you are in Dana Point, San Clemente, Or Laguna jump on and take a ride to your favorite spots. Friendly drivers and will give information about the area. Great way to spend the day and see the beach towns

Drivers

Great service. Just could use more drivers to help out.

Pretty awesome.

The app can be improved in some informational aspects (i.e. when it opens/closes and dates that it is opened/closed). The trolley itself is super convenient and fun to ride. The drivers are really kind and the experience is awesome. I would say this from experience because I ride the trolley every weekday from stop 1 to stop 11 (a pretty long ride) so I would be able to know all of the ups and downs to this system. There are many ups and very little downs. The only thing I wish the Dana point trolley had was bike racks.

You can walk there just as fast

I tried to take the Trolley yesterday, after being passed by a full trolley I decided to walk, even though I was 3 miles from home. I walked as far as the next stop, and decided to try to catch a trolley again. One stopped, and some people who had left at the stop when I decided to walk were on it. They said they had been passed by two full trolleys. At this point, I had been trying to get home for over 30 minutes. By the time I finally got home it was over an hour from the time I started out, and I could have easily walked the whole distance in that time! With the free trolley, you definitely get what you pay for! Thanks, but no thanks, I'll just ride my bike in future!

It does what it needs to do

This app is pretty limited but Iโ€™m more than okay with that seeing as Iโ€™m only using it to see the trolley stops and wait times. Itโ€™s not fantastic but then again itโ€™s an app for a free trolley service so itโ€™s doing relatively well.
