We are very sorry for the inconvenience and such disappointment to your expectation. Please let us explain a couple of potential workaround to get lid of this issue. If the app did not respond in the initial introductory screen, please try giving the app a bit more time till it gets ready to respond. In some occasion, typically under a certain network condition (ex. when using the mobile network, or Wi-Fi signal is temporarily being weak in the basement etc.), it may take some time to load the background data. We are improving this process not to cause such frustration regardless of the network condition. Alternatively, if you face the freeze at the main camera feed screen after going through the initial introductory screens, it may happen because the access to your iPhone's camera was not be allowed when the app asked that with a pop-up message. In that case, please go to iPhone's "Setting" and find "VirTry" app in the list, then turn on the camera access from the app. Then it should start working as it's supposed to. In any ways, we seriously take these potential flaws and are working on to keep that kind of annoyance from happening to anyone as much as possible. Thank you again for your feedback and we do our best to make this app work for you too.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. It may be caused by the app's feature to let you rotate / move the 3D item with your finger gesture. If it's not been tried yet, could you please try tapping the reset button at the bottom right of the main camera feed screen ? It will reset the unintended adjustment to the default position, which may show the item on where it's expected to appear on your face. We are working on to avoid unintended movement of item's position by separating that feature from the main fitting screen. Until then, hope the above reset button helps the situation. Also, thanks for your request on more glasses. We keep adding more various styles / colors of glasses / sunglasses on the regular basis so you can enjoy finding styles looking great on you!

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Downloading of items may not be very smooth under a certain network condition (ex. when using the mobile network, or Wi-Fi signal is temporarily being weak in the basement etc.). Since the app may keep the partial data of the item failed to be downloaded for a while, trying the downloading of the same item for a couple of time in a row may result in a different outcome than the 1st attempt. Nevertheless, of course it's our responsibility to keep that kind of annoyance from happening to anyone as much as possible. While we strive to improve the app's back-end structure to make the downloading smoother, it would greatly help us do if we could get the background situation when you face the issue. They are such as if you were using mobile network or Wi-Fi, if the network signal was strong or weak there, or if it was happening on some specific items or on all the items. Thank you again for your honest feedback and we'll do our best to make this app work for you too.
Camera
vertical, the screen will be horizontal. I have to tilt my head to use this app, the glasses do look good.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your time reporting the issue. May I ask you to try (if you have not) the following to see if it solves the problem ? a. Force quit the app and restart the app again https://www.imore.com/how-force-quit-apps-iphone-ipad If it's solved by this, it may be that the app somehow mistook your device's orientation by chance when the issue happened. b. Lock the orientation, then force quit and restart the app https://www.lifewire.com/stop-iphone-screen-from-rotating-2000101 If it's solved by this, your device's rotation sensor might be compromised. Please check if the similar issue happens on other apps that supports landscape (sideways) screen layout. c. Delete the app and reinstall https://www.imore.com/how-delete-apps If it's solved by this, we do not have a clear explanation of how the issue happened. But this way often solves the issues of other apps, so it is worth mentioning here and for you to trying in case "a" and "b" do not help. Again, we do apologize for causing you those extra work and really wish any of the above lets our app serve you the best it can. Lastly, if you wouldn't mind, in either case the problem gets solved or not, it will be greatly appreciated if you let us know which iPhone (ex. 6, 6s, 8, X, XS Max etc.) or iPad series and which iOS version (iOS11, 12 etc.) you face this issue with. It will be a tremendous help for us to track down the cause of issue and provide the update to make sure it won't happen again.
