Unreliable
I have used this company for the last two years. Twice now, they’ve unexpectedly shut down their business and have stopped taking orders. The last time they did this last year, they switched apps completely and never notified their customers that they had closed. They reopened with a new app, and now, once again, they’ve closed due to “medical emergency” for 3 months.
This seems like more of a hobby to the owner rather than a real business. I can’t trust them to be reliably available or consistent.
