A True Treasure
In my wildest dreams, I never expected this credit card, issued by Mission Lane, to be as fantastic as it actually has become to me. My credit was very poor and needed rebuilding which Mission Lane took the risk to give me. I am faithful and loyal to them for this trust in my ability to keep my finances in proper perspective. Their app is fantastic, it does more and more easily than any of the major credit card companies that I have experienced in the past. Everything about this issuer is first class. I tell everyone and anyone who will listen to me that regardless of their credit score, they need to look into Mission Lane and be super pleasantly surprised by it’s A+ performance. Thank you Mission Lane for taking a chance on me, and I promise you, I will not let you down.

Easy online payment
I just download the app finally, after being a member for a year, and I was exceptionally surprised how simple it was. At the same time, nodding my head saying it should be this easy. Congratulations, Mission Lane, and Credit Karma for for being a major hitter in the credit bureau department, making it very simple electronically or even buy customer service on the phone, which is very pleasant as well. I would recommend other banks review, Mission, lame app, and how easy it is for the online payment. Maybe there’s plenty to do it exactly in this many steps with different formats, which is fine. But the number of taps were perfect.

They do not care!!!!
I have run into a financial hardship because I have to have major Surgery and will be out of work for a number of months. I called to ask if I could get my payment reduced because my income is going to be greatly reduced because I’m not able to work. To sum it up they basically said they do not care. They want the regular payment in every month. I’m not trying to renege on my payment. I just needed a little help for a few months. This is a company that does not care, this is a company that’s only looking out for itself, this is a company that doesn’t look at a hardship and want to help the cardholder. If you’re thinking about getting a card with Mission Lane, do not do it, because things happen in life and sometimes it happens and it’s beyond your capability to stop it. Do not consider them. It’s not worth the headache.
