Works fine and free
Just watch ads occasionally to get credits , I only use once or twice a week , you will still use credits on failed send , so make sure the fax you send to is available. I think they refund used credits on failed send . You do have an option to buy credits . Which is nice incase you are short . Just watch ads gets you 2 credits per ad you watch. . Honestly I love this feature it works for me .

Customer support refund please
So
I guess I’m asking for a refund from you guys because the all the five pages didn’t go through and the ones I did go through my partner who is in Denver no answer he’s an is an Tampa Bay and I’m in Orlando Florida he said that they were very grainy and very difficult to read through the pages he received I think was three out of five so but now I have to find another alternate route to get in the information I needed to have to have today and I guess I will I’m asking for the refund my $3.89 that I paid for that because they’re useless to us so please refund my money thank you and call me 720-791-1778 my name is Andy

Not working; no refunds
I just uploaded this and have used it 3 times now to send same 3 page fax. The first time, only one of three pages transmitted. The second time, although I got a message from the app indicating that the fax has been sent, no one in the other end received it. There doesn’t seem to be any option for receiving refunds when the app misfires. We will have to see if the third time‘s the charm, but so far quite dissatisfied with this app.
