Should balance account and show payment date

In addition to what is currently shown, the app should also show the current checking account balance minus the amounts of all the checks that have been written but not yet cashed.

For each payment, it should show the date of the payment in the app and not just when the check will arrive.

Apple Watch accessibility.

I’d like to be able to access my account T information at bar harbor from my watch, just like I can do with my Bank of America account. It would certainly make my life easier, instead of always having to take my phone out and load the app there. Two banks and one credit union and I can access two out of three right from my watch

Loved it! Until I needed to upgrade without warning

Went to my online banking on a Sunday to find out I need to upgrade my phone to iOS 16…a warning next time would have been nice please. The inconvenience this will cause is rather large as my phone is maxxed and apparently unable to handle an update. However, am grateful for the experience I had with the online banking when it worked (a 5 out of 5 stars). Please, to the Developer, put in a feature where the account holder will be notified a week prior to any update/upgrade needs?

Love this app, very helpful

Started off with a savings account and used the app to track my auto payments and see my direct deposits and really liked the fact I could check that over the phone conveniently, but what even better is the fact that I can directly transfer funds from my savings to my checking on the app, I don’t even have to go to the nearest atm to access my funds

Worse banking app I have used!

I have 3 different bank of my own and 2 for family members that I take care of their finances. This is the worse of them all. Mobile deposits are a joke always having errors or rejecting none of the other apps do I have that issue with. It takes forever for them to show transactions or to take the money out of the account. Not sure if that last issue is the bank or app or both. But I’m ready to close my accounts with them.

Used to be great

This app used to be great. Lately my balances are never correct- sometimes it shows double charges of every transaction, sometimes it doesn’t show multiple transaction till 5 days later- as someone that doesn’t keep a “check book” because hello it’s 2023 I don’t even have checks! The balance not being accurate is really messing with knowing what bills I can & cannot pay…so disappointed- already spoke to multiple bank locations they can’t do anything, did the troubleshooting, deleting, reinstalling etc nothings fixed it- might have to just go to a different bank if this continues.

Not as good as advertised!

Have been using this app for quite a few months but always seem to find things that don’t work, which disappoints me.

1). Half the time my account balances aren’t current. A message “an error occurred “ updating that information. There doesn’t appear to be a way to try again!

2). Was not able to change my account information (mailing address, etc.) using the app. It took 2 trips to a branch to get that to finally take. You should be able to modify all of your account information from the app.

3). When using face recognition to sign in, there is no need to force me to change my password periodically! If I can’t remember my password because I’m using fr, you then have to go through some crazy hoops to finally change it.

I give the app a grade of C at best.

Takes to long to lodge on my account I want to see it as soon I a may the deposit

Deposit amount low

Can’t mobile deposit more than $2500 check

Deposit function is crap

Can barely read the amount on a check and when it does, anything over a 100 is too big
