I used to love this app, but I’m super frustrated with it now. For months I haven’t been able to made deposits via the app. It takes the front picture of the check fine, but freezes on the reverse side. The , nothing happens. It’s been like this for months. I’ve made 3 phone calls. The first person suggested I go into the bank to make my deposits. Not very helpful. YES, I KNOW I CAN GO INTO THE BANK, the point is, I’d rather not. Second call resulted in the person telling me she hadn’t heard of this before and suggested I quit the app and reinstall it. I had already done that, did it again, same result. Third time I called the person was very nice said she’d get back to me. That was about a month ago. No call back. So I’ve rekindled my relationship with Bank of America, who’s app works perfectly. The nearest BOA is a 40 minute ride, so it’s not convenient, but their online banking works.
