Easy yo use. Pay bills, make deposits…it’s all good!
Bar Harbor Mobile
The app is good except for bill pay, which defaults to paying immediately. You have to fool around to schedule a payment for later. Should be easier, for example, to set up a payment for a week or two away.

Recently opened an account so easily with the help of the super friendly teller that done it all for me. It was very quick, easy and done with such politeness. Seemed nice to be happy with service for a change. Very glad to have changed over with Bar Harbor Savings

Deposits don’t always work
I’ve tried to deposit online several times and this feature doesn’t always work. The site doesn’t tells you why. The teller at the branch doesn’t knowing why? I wish that at least it would tell me the error; to big of amount? Deposit limit exceeded? Not good lighting? Etc. So this is not reliable.

While nothing takes the place of personal interaction, I appreciate this app, it's availability and especially that it's easy to use. I have a really hard time understanding technology and often times have to call my sisters for help (they live out of state). But, this, I'm very pleased to say, I can do without their help!!! Thank you very much.

It works
Beats boing to the bank
Why ?
I have used this application with great success. However the last few weeks it’s been a real pain to use. I have had to call and get it reset twice. Now it wants me to by it in the App Store. When I go to App Store it won’t let me get it. Frustrating is what I’m feeling now. Would love to be able to use it but it’s becoming time consuming setting it up over and over again. Hopefully this can be fixed.
