Problems Linking to Google Drive
Hello,
It worked fine the first day that the app was downloaded. Then has refused to forward notes to Google Drive. Not much good if you cannot get the notes to Google Docs for dropping on the blog.Hirlau
Lost my whole recording several times :(
This app was OK until I realized that you loose whatever you have recording if you get a phone call (iphone). It’s really sad as I’ll never be able to recover these speeches exactly. And lost 20-30 mins each time. Must fix!mirozake
Deceptive
I purchased this app for major reason: in the long list of promises this app makes to the consumer, one of those promises is that you will be able to add in your own custom words. Being able to add and then dictate words that are not found in the iOS dictionary is something that would be useful to many different people. While it is pretty clear on how to use the dictation and a guide is given going over various commands that you can use to add in punctuation, there are no directions on how to add in the custom words and make the app understand the pronunciation of said words. I’m highly disappointed in this. I tried contacting the developer, in hopes of getting some insight as to how this is accomplished. However, after about two days of waiting, I have have been met with nothing but silence. I would highly advise against getting this app.Show lesssadakonhomyne

Bought to help with meetings. Used the multi-person selection. There was only 4 people in this meeting and it didn’t work well. I had to keep restarting it and it didn’t even capture half of what was said and wasn’t very accurate. It won’t help with a meeting. I did use it by myself just to help with brainstorming and it was decent with that. However I didn’t talk much and was in a quiet room.Show lessMstifb

Amazingly awesome. It’s not 100% perfect but it’s very, very close. In fact, the closet I’ve ever seen. In my opinion it’s much better than Dragon. And you can email the translated text and audio file to yourself. I’ve been looking for an inexpensive application like this for a very long time. 100% worth the money spent. If you need to move any sort of audio recording to text, it will literally save you hours and hours of manual transcription. Thank you so much. Exactly what I was looking for!Show lessCrazyInLA
Absolutely the worst I’ve tried
Purchased a couple hrs ago. Had a 15 interview the app literally missed 30 to 40% of the words spoken. Would like a refund. How do I get one. Google was much better just didn’t want to have to carry my laptop for interviews.TFanman

Buyer beware!!
I went straight to the paid version based on a previous review in which the upgrade erased everything. I was well into a long dictation when I received a phone call. When the call ended 45 seconds later the majority of my dictation was gone. That was over 10 minutes of material!!!
I was already unhappy with this extremely poor app because guess what...there are notes on how to add brackets and commas and exclamation points, but what doesn’t exist? Next line or return or next or any other command. Clearly this was written for asian region characters and in now way supports english or European sentence structure. Great, but irritating product
I downloaded this app because it turned out to be the best dictation app out there so far. I downloaded it on my iPad. After using it once, I was very impressed with its accuracy and speed. However I am stuck on a simple matter and have no way to get any type of help with it. When I try to go for help, there is no help button, I end up having to log into Facebook, because I don’t have anything else to do but log into Facebook for simple questions. I just want an answer to my question. How does one close out one file and open a new one to dictate another document. I looked around the app for a close file and start a new document but see none. Spent a long time looking for and trying out voice to text apps for years. Without question, this is the best one I've ever used. And I've only just tried it out, I was impressed enough to write a review. I don't know the limitations yet just what I like. I haven't used all the features like translation, I'm blown away to have the option.
Even in a quiet voice with normal speech, it is accurate. Very accurate. I am hopeful to record a lecture or speech from another speaker. Such a relief from other like apps that limit recording time, you end up manually correcting ridiculous text, just not worth using.
This app is so useful!
Important features: text alignment, share audio/ text to other apps, listen and correct text.
Feature I love: list of dictation punctuation and special characters, big thanks for that!!
