App not working
I’m having problems downloading my splice data on the SumiCloud app. I’ve previously had the app and had all my data on there. now it’s kicked me out and all data lost. i’m doing everything that it is asking me to do, however it’s still not downloading all the data and yes, I am connected to the Splicer.
I’ve also tried contacting you on your website and that is not working either.

It’s a good start but there isn’t a way to export data from the phone and why not use a built in Bluetooth? I’ve seen $20 kids toys with built in Bluetooth! By using wifi your phone becomes unable to get internet. Love the splicer though.
