## What is 123 Mobile Track?

Every vehicle on the map. Every engine, understood.

123 Mobile Track is fleet tracking for small working fleets — the crews the
big telematics companies make sit through a sales call. We run our own
service fleet in Connecticut; this is the software we built to watch it.

LIVE TRACKING
• Positions every 5 seconds: moving, parked, idling, or offline
• Trip history with replay — watch any drive back, second by second
• Stops, geofences for job sites and the yard, arrive/leave alerts

ENGINE DATA (with the OBD tracker)
• Live RPM, coolant, fuel level, throttle, and battery voltage
• Check-engine codes explained in plain English, pushed to your phone
minutes after the light comes on
• Real MPG from the engine, not an estimate

WHEN THE WORST HAPPENS
• Crash detection grades the impact and texts every manager a location
  link in seconds
• Printable incident report with speed trace, g-force, and engine state
• Hard braking, speeding, and rapid acceleration logged on the map

DRIVERS
• Safety scorecards per 100 miles with letter grades and coaching
• Every driver gets their own login with their vehicle, trips, and score
• Drive check-ins with photos

RUN THE BUSINESS
• Maintenance intervals from real GPS miles, shortened automatically
when the driving is hard on the vehicle
• Monthly state-mileage report for fuel-tax worksheets, with CSV export
• Weekly fleet report every Monday: miles, trips, events, driver scores,
  and what's due for service

Works with 123 Track GPS and OBD hardware (sold separately at
123mobiletrack.com). Watch the live demo fleet on our website to see everything
working before a tracker is installed.
