Love app
So helpful to pre-scan while shopping so when going through check out you know if it is legal purchase. Prior I was able to purchase wet wipes as I cannot get out of bed for bathing and my care giver found when she pre-scanned after purchasing same product for 1 year they were no longer eligible. My care giver would have had to pay or re-ring whole order because of change. I love app!!!

My food card
Why oh why is my health food card being reduced ? Every little bit helps with the stress and anxiety of shopping for food !!!
Starting in January we get less ! Where is it going to end ? We appreciate our extra savings so much. Pray they bring it all back.

Blank White Screen
I had used this app a couple of times but now when I hit the back button it goes to a blank white screen. And I have to delete the app and reinstall it but the same thing happen over and over. I’ll try another app.
Issues Fixed with Recent Update!Worked fine until recently
I’ll only rate it 4 stars now until I can verify it will work once my Quarterly Balance is Reloaded!

Still not excusable that it took this much time on an important health insurance benefit for Seniors and those with limited income.
Now the app won’t load at all after the most recent update. Tried deleting and downloaded again, still doesn’t work! Please remedy!

Frustrated
I downloaded the app. Put in my information and it seemed like it was going to be easy. But when I went to the store, the app wouldn’t even open. I had to wait to get up to the cash register and see if it would work and even though there was plenty of money for everything in there it only approved about 60% and I just paid for the rest with my bank card.
I got back home and tried to open the app and every time I try to open it it flashes like it’s opening and then disappears. I tried this over and over at the store and at home.
Please tell me there is a solution!

App not functioning
I have had some trouble getting the app to allow me to log in, and with the IOS update 17.6.1 the app will not open. I have deleted the app and reinstalled on both my iphone and ipad but will not open. Just went to the web site, logged in ok, and saved the log in page to my favorites. I’m pretty sure the app is just a redirect to the web login page, so as an app it appears to be useless

OTC needs to update product coverage for all providers that accept OTC purchases
As a retired person and limited income, I watch how I spend my money and by doing so to price shop. I purchase my diabetic supplies from Walmart’s because the prices are more affordable than CVS’s prices but due to lack of management not inputting information in the OTC data system the products are not covered by OTC at Walmart. I have contacted Walmart and OTC about this issue months ago and nothing has been done. I know sometimes the wheels of progress are slow but how hard is it to scan product codes and enter them into a database state wide?
I am blessed to have the OTC benefits and appreciate them, at the same time though the companies need to keep up with updating the medical information and product codes.

OTC card
This Care card is really helping out. With the cost of groceries always changing this card is extremely valuable. I would recommend everyone to get with Care Oregon and hope you’re eligible to receive this card.
Quick and easy
This is very quick and easy and convenient. You can check things out, but you need to buy make sure they’re acceptable and if they aren’t acceptable the Visa card that goes with this will split it out and let you know how much to pay on the end on your own, quick and easy thank you
Works ok
Takes some effort to scan items to find out what is considered acceptable or not. I imagine with time this becomes less frustrating as you learn what is available to purchase using the card.
