After buying subscriition still shows no active subscription

Please fix immediately
I had other phone where this app was used and trade un fir new one. Even i remove old phone from my account it still not recognizes 14 free days before digital subscription and ask to upgrade

Would love an option of timer

Find music goes on till morning in some repeat mode as it doesn’t have an option to stop with a timer

Unable to update and register my account

The app prompts to update the app in order to register a new account even though the app is already up to date.

Poor User experience

JGD. Love the content. But it’s so hard to find content. Why don’t you allow us to heart/favorite albums? Why won’t you allow East shortcut to filter all songs/albums of an artist? Please look at Gaana app and make it like it. Take user feedback. Am happy to provide. Please allow Favorites at the bottom nav and once we click on that allow it to have Favorites Song, album, and singers. Like Gaana does. Please make these changes ASAP.

Not able to open the app after the update

After recent update, when I click on the app icon to open the first screen comes up then after that app closes itself.

Great content but more difficult to search for videos

The content is great and the new look feels good. I am however not able to view the entire library of English videos that I saw on the older version of the app. If I search for a particular video, for example ‘Ancient Love’, I am able to see it. But there is no way of finding the video if I don’t know the name.

Will definitely give it 5 stars if the old library of videos are brought back.

Update

They fixed this problem. But this app is more about Music and videos and satsang related. If you really want to use a supportive app for your kriya and stuff..... I would suggest to use ..... Abhyaasa app. This is more useful to people who are looking for Bhajans.

Amazing app with so many resources!!!

It is so convenient to have all the videos and audios and books available on the go! Having hauled around VCR tapes and CDs, this brings us into the 21st century altogether!!! Thanks for all the efforts!

Subscription plan not activated

After the payment, initially my plan was not activated.
Once I contact the app developers, the issue was resolved immediately.
