Waste of time as App doesn’t consistently work properly, doesn’t add your points on, doesn’t let you redeem points! Terrible App that doesn’t ever get updated!
Doesn’t work
Our server suggested downloading the app as you can get money off next time if you spend over £50. We spent £150 and should have received £15 off. It never appeared in the app and no way of trying to get it resolved. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING AND SIGNING UP
Worst rewards app ever
I built a lot of points up and every time I visit, the system is always down so I can never even use my points. What is the point of getting points if we can’t even use them? Plus you only get 1 month to use them. Waste of time. Have emailed multiple times too and they never get back. Bad customer service and bad app.
