Faceid never works

In a world where everything needs a password you need face id to work. It never works with this app

Errors and limited functions

Excited to see an app that makes it convenient to see my statement. But I get errors when trying to pull statements nor transactions (my co-workers also have the same issues). Also, I would like to be able to withdraw if I have credit on my account. What’s the point of the app if I can’t really do anything on it?

Straight to the point

This app give all the basic details you need for your account.

Works well!

I like the app. Way better than logging into a computer.

Easy to use

This app is easy to navigate and use. Allows you to view PIN number which I keep forgetting, view and down load systems

Pretty terrible

The card itself doesn’t support Apple Pay. The app doesn’t provide a way to request a new limit. Transactions are slow to propagate to dependent expenses software. The app lacks a means to pay the credit card in case of accidental personal expenses. It’s pretty much the absolute minimum possible service.

Hiding the pin after you’ve used face ID to log in is simply idiotic security theatre. You’ve literally done a biometric scan and the app still wants to text message you to access the pin. The hold to show pin is also more irritating security theatre.

Simply the worst user experience ever.

No problem I’ll get back

I’m so happy you found her

Doesn’t let you log in

Spent hours trying to reset passwords, on phone to CityManager support etc. but just could never get this App to work.

No issues on their desktop website or mobile web with my credentials, but this App just won’t let me log in.

Password hell

Doesn’t allow pasting password so you cannot use a password manager. Doesn’t accept passwords longer than 18 characters so the ones apple generates don’t work. Really annoying design.

Worst app service available

This app is by far one of the worst apps I have to deal with when it comes to finances, if work didn’t force us to use this service I would get rid of it entirely. Such a bad experience with this app that I cringe when I think about how I have to deal with it. The app never gets the password right or something clicks and it won’t take my password then after three attempts I’m locked out, decent enough of a security feature I guess except that when I do the forgot password or the app tells me it’ll send me instructions on unlocking the account, I never get an email. Then I get to wait on the phone for someone to assist me to unlock it again. I like the people I work with over the phone, they usually get it worked out pretty quick, but the app is nothing I want to work with.
