E_touch app hopeless
I agree with other reviews. So frustrating when it can only be turned off through the app of whoever has turned it on. This has been reported by pretty much everyone over the years and the company have done NOTHING to resolve the issue. One star is too generous.
Multiple users unable to connect
This app needs updated so that multiple users, who have the login, can control the fire. For instance one person switches it on but goes to bed. Another person cannot switch the fire off so it stays on all night!
This really needs a fix urgently! Otherwise, decent app as the controls (light and hear) are fine. Will increase rating if a fix is implemented. For now, **

Turns on but won’t turn off
The timer is programmable to set times on and off and choose say if the week. The timer switches the backlight/heater on. BUT. Does not switch it off. I have contacted the manufacturer- they cannot offer any solution.
Very poor
Our fire can only be controlled from one device! What happens when that person is out with their phone? This needs fixing now please.
Doesn’t work
It doesn’t pair with my E60. I followed the instructions but nothing: turned the E60 on, downloaded the app, gave Bluetooth permission, pressed +, pressed Refresh and waited close to 5 minutes while sitting close to the device’s lower right corner. Nothing.
What a useless app!!
Been trying for over 3 hours to connect all types of devices to the app without success. Nothing will connect…… useless!!!
Another connection failure with this fire...
Yet again, I am experiencing connection failures with this expensive fire. It will work for a short period before disconnecting. Yes, the fire does look cosy when it’s on, but the problems are getting it on and then keeping it on.
Why ?
I can’t see why there can’t be just a simple switch and heat control knob!
We have also tried to use the remote control supplies with the electric fire which is also useless.

Complete waste of time
Very excited to have our new Evonics fire fitted a couple of weeks ago. However, the fire is great when it works but it constantly disconnects from the app.
The pad that they have provided with it goes flat really quickly and then you can’t use the fire.
We have tried to install the app on our iPhone and iPads but the fire won’t connect.
New fault found today - it won’t switch off.....
Over £4K for a fire that you can’t use, great 😡

Absolute Rubbish
Utter, utter crap. Fire looks fantastic, shame I can’t actually switch it on. Literally hours of the ‘scanning’ screen and won’t connect to any of my devices, several iPhones nor iPads.
To Evonics Fires - some ‘voice of the customer’ feedback for your marketing team. Release something that actually works or better still, just incorporate a couple of physical buttons in the fire design.
Totally disappointed, beginning to think I should have chosen a model from Flamerite.
