I have been using this since the day I found it. The cost has gone up significantly for the amount of use and the one computer I need access to but being a business owner I have many times had to work from home, the car, vacation……always felt safe logging into this site and getting work done. I have literally been across the globe and done payroll, helped employees or answered time sensitive questions. Also love that it will work with a printer anywhere you are. When something works I have a hard time wanting to try something else.

iPhone is best

I have been using go to my PC since the day it started. I believe the iPhone interface is more intuitive and easier to navigate compared to the iPad. The iPad has a larger screen, of course, but the iPhone makes better use of its space.
I recommend it heartily … I have been using it constantly for over 10 years.

Great Remote Application

I have been using the application for several years now. I use it from desk top computers, my iPad and my cell phone. It can take a minute to get used to the functions, but it is a lifesaver when on the road or away from my main computer. Updates keep it working properly and without it I’d be lost.

Excellent mobile remote connection!

Was able to easily connect from my phone and finish a critical report on time. I did not have time to make it into the office to finish it. The App worked smoothly and was a great help. Thanks!

Best remote product ever

Works great with notebooks, tablets, and smart phones. Virtually no delays, even when scrolling. Simply the best program for connecting to office computers and servers— even if the office computer has a double screen.

Don’t leave home without it

I’ve been using go to my PC for over 12 years now, and I honestly cannot find a better product. It works every time there’s never any issues as long as you have Internet access you’re good to go.

Great but latest version has orientation issue - SOLVED!

I’ve used GoToMyPC for years. I pretty much depend on it anytime I’m away from the office.

However, the iPhone client app won’t (easily) auto rotate into landscape mode, which is the only productive way to use the app on an iPhone or similar mobile device.

But I figured out how to force it to rotate. Here’s how:

- Open the app
- Login to your PC
- Then press the X to close the app, but when the confirmation dialogue pops up asking if you want to close click “No”.

Now it will rotate into landscape mode !

Hopefully the devs will sort this out eventually, but until then, this work around should save some folks from screaming at their iPhones.

(By the way I dealt with this issue for months before figuring out this work around. It was only after calling into support and getting no answers did I keep messing with the app until I found the answer myself!!!)

No longer able to rotate screen on iPhone

I’ve been loving this app for many years! Suddenly I am no longer able to rotate my screen into landscape view which practically haunts productivity. Please fix this ASAP!!!! It’s not just my phone, I’ve tried two different accounts and computers and two different iPhones… this is not a coincidence, it’s a glitch.

Love It - but

Have been a huge fan for so many years…

But why won’t it landscape on my iPhone when I rotate it 90 degrees?

The larger size works so much better.
