Can’t live without it
That about says it all. This app has saved me hours of time fussing with iCloud, One Drive, DropBox, etc. Also helps me sleep better since I am not worrying about work tasks left undone, or which version of a file I was working on. I travel a lot and seriously, could not live without GoToMyPC.
Works fine for my needs
I have been a customer for years. I’ve only had to call once. It’s worth the money to know that I can call on the telephone if I need to.

GoToMyPC was a great program, reasonably priced but logmein has lost so many customers to Googles free version that they are trying to make up the revenue by shafting the rest of us that have been using GoToMyPC for years.
I knew things would not turn out well when logmein bought GoToMyPC and they have gone to hell.
I have cancelled my subscription and will NEVER do business with logmein again.

Double or triple characters when typing
If I’m very very careful and watch I can get logged into my workstation. The app repeats characters. Having this issue on 3 separate iPad Pro’s all with smart keyboards. I don’t know if there is an issue with compatibility with the keyboards, iOS 11, or what, but I can get right in on a laptop sitting right beside of the iPad with no issues at all. It is only the app on the iPad. I haven’t tried the iPhone version. Put in a support ticket. Hopefully they will acknowledge this issue and get it fixed asap.

Works Well.
Since the Beta testing days, service tool app has always worked without fail. Although more appropriate for larger screens such as laptops, even on the small Mobile screens, it functions. The security aspects are also done well. Much thought and testing applied.
IOS 11 AND MYGOPC IS NOT WORKING
After updating to the iPhone IOS 11 the app keyboard does not work . I can make it work on and iPad and PC . For the moment it is Kind of frustrating not able to see my office schedule .
Terrible New Logmein App for GoToMyPC
Doesn't recognize your password and gives you no recourse to changing or correcting. No help URL at all. Forces me to have to call etc and I don't even know if the phone info will work.
