## What is 123Fit?

Set up your exercises once, then come back to the same routine every time. Update your weights, check off completed exercises, and move through your workout with minimal taps. Create different routines for different days of the week, track both strength training and cardio, and make adjustments whenever your routine changes.

No accounts, no subscriptions, no ads, and no unnecessary features. Everything is stored locally on your device, so your workout data stays private and is always available.
