Useless
You place your order through the app for water and it gets cancelled, and you don’t get an explanation why nor do you get your water. Ive spent more time on the phone with customer care following up on my cancelled orders then I spent using that app and getting my water successfully. Having an app like this is meant to make your water delivery more seamless, this app does not do that. Don’t waste your time...

Poor delivery
Terrible delivery service, the last 3-4 orders have been consistently cancelled and not delivered. Customer service is phoned and delivery reconfirmed and it still doesn’t happen! Will be stopping delivery service and not recharging with Masafi again. Whatever changed in 2018 is hurting your company greatly - as a customer for 6 years, Masafi deliveries this year has been completely disappointing.

Terrible, horrible, stay away!
The application is horrible, it’s super slow and times out a lot. I had this company for about 6 months and I’m cancelling after this order. They constantly cancel my order and don’t tell me why, they spam me with text messages, and they are constantly running out of water so I have to go weeks without what I want. Don’t waste your time with this company or application.

As against original version it is now much improved and you can easily top up and place order. Would have given 4 star if i hadn't faced an issue this morning. Although payment was complete App was still showing in progress. Had to close and reopen App. Similarly when trying to place order for amount higher than bit cash balance of account, same thing. Better to show bit cash balance along side order and stop from proceeding. Keep improving!

Never get what I order
Not sure if the problem is the app or the company. I have had my order cancelled multiple times. Had only half an order delivered. As soon as I have used up my bitcoin - another pain - I will be switching companies.
