Mixed Bag
The bike handling is terrific, is solid and responsive. Unfortunately the bike is underpowered, the seat is annoyingly difficult to adjust, and the ‘credit’ payment model is just insanely difficult. As for the signup process - whoever designed and tested that should be shot. If the bike was more powerful, my card was auto billed after each ride, and the seats poles were easy to extend (and didn’t rotate) - these guys could make money. Work hard and get it done!

Convenient!
Took a little getting used to, but Freebike is really convenient and easy to use once set up.

You can not copy/paste credit card number? You have to type it digit by digit? The only app in Apple store that behave like that. Lazy coders?
