Worked first time
The app worked great the first time. Since then it just times out and will not connect. I think it would be great if it would connect. Initially it was great! Any advice on how to get it to connect again?

Really clunky
It’s be great if I could actually create an account to utilize all the features but as it is, I can’t do it.

I gave this app a bad review the first time. I was wrong. This app works perfect with my controller. It tells me all the info I need to know almost like a code reader for a car or truck and it’s free. I apologize to the creator for my first review. Thank you for a perfect app that allows me to monitor my golf cart.

i think it's awesome software to set the performance characteristics of the controller.
it works well. the bluetooth is really helpful vs the old school alltrax that requires a dedicated usb cable to a laptop.
5 star customer service
I damaged a controller accidentally while installing the wires...the customer support was awesome. Todd helped me resolve the issue quickly and fairly. I was honest about my mistake and Navitas treated me fairly. Also, Todd quickly helped me get the Navitas Dashboard update - plus very quickly he turned on my access to the dealer App-so I can service my customers better. Customer for life!

Amazing Customer Service
I recently bought a cart with the Navitas controller. I reached out to them late on a Sunday night asking about the advanced (dealer) app, 11:46PM I received a response that it was activated on my account. Amazing, considering I wasn’t expecting anything until business hours. I am truly shocked at the promptness from Navitas. I highly recommend them!

Incredible customer service
I was having an issue with trying to get the app to work with my cart. It turned out I just needed to close the app and restart it. I sent a message to customer service on a Sunday and has a response within 10 mins. I’m still playing around with the app but it seems to have more diagnostics than what I will ever need been a weekend golfer. It’s very easy to use and I love that I can lock my car by using the app.

Great product
So I started getting the time out error as well. So after not hearing back from support decided to try a few things. All you have to do is switch from run to tow and back to run to reactivate the Bluetooth again. Not that difficult. Don’t know why they haven’t mentioned this instead of getting hammered by reviews. Not perfect but flipping a switch back and forth isn’t that bad.

The Navitas app works good on iPhone 11 iOS 13.3.
Great the first 2 times
The app worked great the first day. Second day. Time outs and can’t connect. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling the app. Still not working. Grrrr
