Easy to go to the meet
I found it much easier to get the the meet you’re at than the meetscoresonline website.
It does rely on the same data as meetscoresonline so if you’re at a meet and that website isn’t updated, this app won’t help you.
I appreciated the fast app support when I had an issue. I wish we could favorite gymnasts faster. Like favorite everyone on our team…Show lessJavaluva2

Hi Javaluva2, I can look at adding a feature to favorite a gym…or all gymnasts from a gym.No live scores :-(
Bummer that I wasted 2 whole dollars to see live scores for the meet we were at today. I could have waiting until the session ended to see the scores for free.VegasMommy

I enjoy using this app while my girls are competing, but since the last iPhone update when I open the app it is just a black screen and will not load. Could you please update!!DEZ_M

Hi, I updated my phone just now to 16.2 and the app works as normal. My wife’s phone was already updated and it works fine. There is a chance that disk space can cause this. Please check that you are not at your limit. The only other action I can think of is to uninstall and reinstall. There is no loss of data other than any favorites you had marked. I may be making a unrelated change soon anyways. So I’ll be sure to test with 16.2. Regards, BrianNot all states represented
I downloaded this app to track my daughter’s scores and nowhere does the app say that there are states that are not included. We are in Montana and it is not in the list. It was only $2 but still wish I had known I wouldn’t be able to use it.3Montana3

The few times the app was an option to use it is extremely slow to update. I’m currently at a meet and it’s two events behind. I thought it my be the Internet connection, but a friend trying to see the scores from home (app and website) and they are having the same issues. Save your dollar.UHadItComN

Hi UHadItComN, Sorry your experience hasn’t been great. The app relies on those facilitating the meet to post the scores timely. That is generally the hold up when meets data is delayed. They update periodically through the day. No one using any app would get more updated info unless they were watching the physical scoreboard at the meet. Not sure how to reply directly under your question.
For the Home Screen I would like to see 3 search options: Athletes, Gyms, Meets I would also like a link to my favorites (athletes, gyms, meets).
I use MeetMobile to keep track of swim meets (they link to a national database so you can see anyone in the country and how they rank, times in meets/strokes etc). They have a great interface and are pretty user friendly - take a look and see what ideas you can steal. :)
It opens on a list of meets and your only option is to scroll for your meet and then find your athlete. I want the app to open with a list of choices of what I want to do.Show lesselysianyc

This is the best app I’ve seen for gymnastics meets. I do wish you can save gymnasts to follow through all their meets, so it’s not good as a record keeping app, but for following a meet, it’s great! A couple things, if my iPhone is in dark mode, I can not see anything in this app. I first have to turn off dark mode. I also can’t seem to figure out how to go back to a previous view when I click on a girls name. I always have to start over (pick sessions etc). Otherwise it’s a great app for gymnastic parents!Show lessJEN133567976

UPDATE: I added a feature to only show meets associated with your favorited gymnasts. Hi. There is a feature to mark a gymnast as a favorite. But it’s used to filter after you have selected a meet. One other feature that is not advertised well or obvious is that you can see their history of past meets in one list. When you tap on an individual gymnast and you see their standings for the current meet, you can select the triple bars next to their name and it will show their past meets. The app is great and works better than using the website. The only thing I can figure out is how to jump straight to a gymnast without going into a meet first. I favorite/heart a gymnast but don’t see a part in the app to see my favorite gymnast. Once I figure that out, this app will be awesome!BC562389

You will still need to enter a meet first. However, once in you can tap on the heart at the top of the gymnast list to indicate you want to only see your favorites. The app does not store meet data, so it is unable to scan all meets looking for your favorites without choosing a meet. Thanks for the 4 stars. I’ll take it!Gymnast
