So easy and dependable
I had to have my prescription delivered suddenly because of the current Covid crisis and my doctor suggested Alto. I ended up switching all of them over as I was so pleased with the whole experience. I was able to transfer everything over, get prescriptions refilled, insurance checked and have everything delivered easily. They even check for coupons to be sure you are getting the lowest price. Best thing was being able to track it all on the app and get text updates for everything. Highly recommend.

Best app ever
It is! ALL apps should be modeled after this one!!! I was so skeptical because I didn’t understand how receiving my medication could be made so simple and no glitches in obtaining my healthcare or prescriptions on file. I signed up and received a text within minutes as they obtained my information with photos of each of my medications that I had at three different pharmacy’s because of recently moving! There was a medication I didn’t know I needed a new prescription for and they reached out to me letting me know they were requesting my doctor for a new prescription... like what!!! I live in a city now and it’s difficult to get to my medication especially during biz hours so this is a life savor. The best thing is the customer support team is SO quick to respond. The candy in the envelope and overall aesthetic of the pill bottle is beautifully packaged. Going to the pharmacy and waiting in line especially during a pandemic is such a chore. Alto has a human element to it where you skip the line and aren’t talking to an annoyed pharmacist, you’re talking to people who really care! I’ve never written a review before but I truly have no idea how they’ve done this. Thank you for everything!!!

How every pharmacy should operate
I’ve never been impressed with regular pharmacies. Out of stock, long wait times, inconvenient locations. How have they stayed the same for so long?
I’ve been using Alto Pharmacy for about a year now and they have been endless spectacular service. Quick chat responses, nearly same-day delivery, out of stock for me only once at the peak of the coronavirus panic, and great service all-around. Their only problem is that they’re so new that most doctors haven’t heard of them yet. I expect that will be changing!
I am in the SF Bay Area so maybe I’m at the center of their service area, but they have been near-perfect for me.

Amazing service!
I usually never write app reviews but I am so impressed with the service I receive from alto, ALL for free. Free delivery. Almost always have same day delivery options. Super reliable. They’re quick to reply to queries through the messaging function on the app & always provide friendly, helpful service. You can easily switch your prescriptions over from tour pharmacy, without having to make any calls or arrangements yourself. They also work with your health insurance to work out payments & all that’s due by you is your copayment. It’s that simple. I am so glad I made the switch to alto & would highly recommend the app & service!

Never thought my pharmacy experience could be so easy
I usually don’t write reviews but given how amazing this service/app was I thought it would be more than fair to review this one time. I got all my prescriptions sent directly to Alto and got it the same evening. Plus, the out of pocket price for one med that was not fully covered by my insurance was extremely affordable. On top of that, they immediately took care of Prior Authorization requests with my provider/insurance... which is usually a bit of a hassle. It blows my mind that they are able to provide all this and free delivery (by bike! yay for non pollutants.) Fantastic experience so far!
