Fantastic App!
This app was a lifesaver! I needed to get a medical form sent in a timely manner and was unable to get it done from my husbands fax at work due to a constant busy signal. He couldn’t stand at the fax machine all day...everyday trying to get this done for me, so I started researching what I could do and found this app. I was able to use this while working from home and got it done the first try. Please go back to offering a fax credits option
I loved this app and recommended to everyone, and would still be giving it 5 stars had they not switched to subscription-based pricing. This is what made your app stand out and be different from the others and now you’ve changed to being the very thing you used to comment against in responding to past reviewers who loved the fax credit option and you agreed it was better than those fax apps only offering subscriptions. Why not offer both? When I need to send a fax, I don’t need to send unlimited faxes for any time period - and usually it’s months apart from the need to send one fax until I need to send another. Many customers seem to feel the same way and you’ve lost touch with this. Please go back to offering a “fax credits” option for payment per page.Show lessMom Matters

I discovered this app before I retired from being an OTR truck driver, and what a discovery. In the old days, if a customer or my company needed to have paperwork sent to them, it would need to wait until I could get to a place that had a fax machine. Now, I can send the requested papers from wherever I am (as long as I have data service). Also, this app has a much better and affordable pay plan than any of the other fax apps that I’m aware of. NOW you have to purchase a subscription
This fax APP has been working great for me for over a year now. I haven’t had any major issues. But I gave this 3 stars instead of 5 stars because now I have to buy a subscription. I don’t know send enough faxes to need a subscription. I wish they still had the option with buying a package. I am not doing the reoccurring costs of a subscription. I send maybe 10 faxes a month. Looking for another Fax APP.

This App has really changed since it started. In the beginning, I could purchase pages as needed for faxing. Now, I have to purchase “at the very minimum,” one week of “unlimited faxes.” That wouldn't be bad, except the cost is more expensive this way. And I have no fax pages left over to use at a later time. ... The other issue. They now delete faxes older than 90 days! ... What? You should have warned your clientele prior to enacting this policy! ... I literally had just reviewed my “sent faxes” that were over 1 years old on this app about 2 weeks ago. Fast forward, I just signed in to the App again this evening, to discover that all of my faxes over “90 days old,” (which encompassed all but 2 of my faxes), have been deleted! ... What? ... And “Without Warning!” ... I’m sickened! Some of my faxes had critical information to which I still needed access, and need to be able to show “proof” of being sent if the question arises. ... I’m now in a lurch! ... Shame on you for doing that without giving your clientele/me the opportunity to store faxes elsewhere! ... I’m done using this App!Show lessDpgdpg

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Your privacy and security are our #1 priority, therefore we permanently delete all the faxes in 90 days.Just tried this
So I had the need to fax something and was going to run up to the corner fedex kinkos when it occurred to me to look for an app. I was hoping for a free one but unless you’re using someone else’s equipment it’s going to cost you. This one is $5.99 for unlimited faxes for 1 week with auto renewal. The process seemed easy and it says my fax was sent. I’ll call the clerk of courts in a couple of hours to make sure. I also found it easy to cancel my subscription and the how to is in the faq. So far I’m satisfied. 3* for now until I confirm my fax was received.

The app works well and is easy enough to use. While the app is free you must purchase a subscription to actually send a fax. Fair enough the company deserves to be paid but I would have preferred a pay per use model. I’d rather pay 99 cents for one time use that $5.99 for an unlimited week. Add this option and I would say four stars.
For five stars how about a simple cover sheet that I can edit and add to the fax?

Functional app that lost sight of its selling point
I've had this app for a long time now and have had no issue with the service. The interface is great and it works everytime. The biggest issue is that the developers have lost sight of what made this app great in the first place. With the loss of the fax credits/pay per page, the app is now obsolete. I do fax once in a blue moon and the credits were a great idea. If I wanted a subscription there are definitely cheaper and better options through online service providers that gives unlimited faxes and even give you a fax number to receive faxes for less than what this app charges. You guys basically found a solution to a problem but then ended up becoming part of the problem. Best of luck to you guys, the app was good while it lasted.Show lessObscureLight

First of all the app is a little clunky. If you have multiple pages to fax it and you select camera it should go directly back to camera for subsequent pages unless you select otherwise. Having to reselect the import via camera option is annoying but not worth a one star review.
The reason I gave it a one star is because the app requires a subscription, which is usually a red flag as they are hoping you forget to cancel it so that they can continue to charge you. Not many people need to send a ton of faxes. The other reason is because it doesn’t work. Even after paying for the subscription and scanning in the docs it wouldn’t go through after more than an hour of trying.

Pay by the page, buy credits as needed, what a concept! That was a decent plan. Now they’ve changed the payment process to one of the more ridiculous “improvements” I’ve ever seen. Buy a weeks worth of unlimited faxes for an overpriced amount! How stupid. I need a weeks worth of faxes like I need an enema. Who faxes anything but on the very rare occasion because some utterly ancient bank or organization is stuck in the 90’s. I use this only as a last ditch way to communicate or send information to worthless companies that still use AOL and can’t figure out email. Why the hell would I need a weeks worth of unlimited faxes? How stupid. Way to lose your last two users with stupid decisions changing around a perfectly usable app. There’s no one on earth who needs unlimited faxing for a week, year or lifetime. God forbid if I ever have to fax another page in my life.Show lessNotAFaxFan
