It’s truly ridiculous that your Technology & Guest Experience Teams don’t have this all working correctly like with other cruise line company’s. Please fix, because as a Crown Platinum RCCL member, and owner of 2 technology companies, this is truly embarrassing, in my opinion!

If you've checked-in, are logged in to your app, you can swipe on the home screen from the bottom up to display 'Daily Planner' detail. At the tabs at the bottom, you can touch the day of the cruise you want to explore. The app will display the ship's planned activities for the day. Refine the display by touching 'filter' and select the category or 'Show All'. Touch 'My Calendar' to display your reserved activities by day and time.
Poor app experience
There needs to be a master notification function. Our cruise returned to Hawaii for a critically injured passenger but the only way to notify the guests was by a Captain’s announcement which isn’t heard everywhere.
Good potential, let down by infrastructure, content management and architectural design failures.

Folio Account mode was dysfunctional showing same balance despite expenses made
This made my position difficult as I needed to go to guest relations frequently and get a written statement of my account rather than finding my finance position on line via App
Ana at guest relations tried to help and restore the functionality of the folio
She called a second opinion team member who couldn’t solve this issue either
