Updated review: it’s even worse now…
Firstly, it's unacceptable to serve an advertisement every time I open an app that is a companion to a piece of hardware that I have purchased from you. Not cool at all guys!!! Second, it crashes constantly. And I mean CONSTANTLY. Third, charting for custom timings do not work at all and for some reason shows a blank chart and some Chinese text. So come on guys, please get it sorted so it doesn't feel like a badly developed free app instead of the essential companion app to a piece of hardware.
Update 2 years later:
It’s even less stable and they made the advertisement more intrusive. Developers literally could not care less. Avoid like the plague.Show lessRHTU

I have 2 phones. I did some runs with my dragy with one of those phones. I signed in with my account with the other phone to see my history and nothing, it load my profile picture, my garage but not my history runs.
It is so simple to be able to see you history thru your account no matter in with device you sign in.Show lessLololollañaña
Connection Issues
I was having trouble getting the dragy to pair with my phone. I sent the first one I had back thinking it was defective. I got the second one and had the same issue. After some back and forth with support from the dragy Facebook page I was able to fine the issue. You have to go into the app settings and turn on the Bluetooth within the app. The the dragy will connect. Just having the Phone Bluetooth on will not work. Again go to the app settings and turn on the Bluetooth and you should be good.Show lessTom Zibez

This product is a complete piece of trash, i have had it for 2 weeks now and it connects to the gps piece just fine. The main issue is you can’t login to an account but you can make one. Yes, it redirects you to make an account and let’s you do so, (you read that correctly yeah?) but after you make an account it says there is no internet connection to login. For 2 weeks of having to delete and re-download this app, it still will not let me login due to there being “No internet connection” even on my house Wi-Fi!!! I would HIGHLY stay away from this product and find another company.Show lessWhoops9275

Constantly says no internet connection. When you create an account off the site and try signing in, you get a no account found, instead of the no internet connection.
Not user friendly, and this app seems like it was an afterthought.cwetjen
Dysfunctional app & features
Terrible application as well as careless developers, not to mention over priced for such an absolute piece of garbage quality product. As of recent, this app will not connect or let you EVEN log in to see the leaderboard stats which is absolutely ridiculous because the dragy servers have been down and unresponsive for god knows how long. I bought dragy about a year or two ago where it was “somewhat” functional yet even I had issues with a lot of its minimal features. However, now nothing seems to work AT ALL, unable to login, unable to connect my dragy device after SEVERAL attempts, and unable to view a simple leaderboard which should not even require a log-in.
In all honesty, this is a disgrace of an app not to mention the developers who are being PAID to uphold a professional level of frequent social maintenance. And if I were to be able to get my money back for the amount I spent on this product, I would do anything to get back that hard earned 200$

The Dragy unit itself is supremely accurate and reliable, and the app is reliable for recording data. Unfortunately in the 2 months I've owned my Dragy, the app has produced no end of crashes. The latest thing is that it won't even allow me to connect to the leaderboards. I reinstalled the app and now I'm unable to log in to my account, with the error message 'no internet'. Same result every time. Others seem to be experiencing this problem too.Show lessMike777012
Bad app
Don’t get me wrong, this devise is awsome but at first use, the app couldn’t connect to the internet even after trying everything possible to fix the issue, so it’s basically unusable unless they fix this. Everything else is very good quality, packaging, the devise it self, instructions, etc…. Ut why your app feels so cheap compared to your product? I really don’t get it.Show lessLeWez
