Four things after unpacking: 1) dragy needs to be fully charged, red LED stops when full 2) Iphone Settings>dragy>allow Bluetooth, otherwise it can not find the dragy device, very important 3) need to allow location service 4) dragy and the app need to be outside, wait a minute then connect, satellite will sync, dragy is good to go. App crashes when trying to use video feature
Every time I attempt to use the video feature the app crashes. I didn’t have this problem since I bough the unit but recently has started happening and it happens every time. I get no feedback from the company when I ask them. And this issue is yet to be resolved. I’ve tried restarting the dragy and uninstalling app several times eachShow lessJakedragy
Inaccurate at best
Different placement of the dragy gives different data and results. Putting it inside the cabinet gives one set of data and putting it like others have suggested for more accurate data on the outside next to the wind shield wipers gives different results. So it's hard to understand what is the actual real car results.
With other competitors devices I don't have these issues. I won't mention their names as not to advertise other companies on this app page.Show lesssten13zo

Thank you for your feedback! To get a good satelitte signal, please run under clear sky with Dragy placed properly (Mount Dragy horizontally to the sky) and no covered. From most feedbacks from customers, the difference vs track slip is within 0.03 sec when receiving a good satellite signal. Please feel free to contact support@godragy.com if you have any questions. The app focuses on social networking including leaderboards and sharing of videos etc instead of what it’s actually for, tracking your vehicles performance. Whilst you can just ignore these unnecessary features my biggest gripe is that there is no support for multiple vehicles, despite there being a garage feature, so all launch times are just put together in one list. Seems odd that such a basic and obvious feature be missing.Show lessAdamThwaites

Great piece of kit!
I love my dragy! The times it records are pretty spot on and I usually have no issue finding satellite connection. The only thing I would change is being able to pause the recorder until you get to where you’re ready to start, that way you don’t have to hit reset and add a new data log which clutters up the interface while you trying to look at your new time. Other than that I have had no issues with it and I would definitely buy it again. No regrets what so ever.Show lessu69me

Thanks for your feedback and we are glad to hear you enjoy the dragy experience! We wish to minimize manual operation during drive for the safty reason and sorry for the inconvenience. To easily delete your unwanted records, you can set the time filter for each test mode. Choose History in Me tab, tap the Filter in the up right corner, here you can set the time filter. For example you can set 30 seconds for 0-60mph, then all the records will be split into Under 30s and Other in 0-60mph history. You can delete all the records in Other, and change the filter back to your normal settings to filter out the good timings. I have tried 3 different devices all on iOS 14.2.1 and not one will connect to a brand new fully charged Dragy device. Multiple uninstall and reinstall of the app and same thing. It shows it connects then immediately disconnects. Returning device. If it doesn’t work out of the box and following instructions then I don’t want to deal with the device when I truly want to use it. Should of read the reviews online and the reviews in the Apple store and saved myself some patience. If I could give the device a zero then that’s what it would get.
Edit: worked with customer service to no avail. Multiple emails with photos, videos and screen recordings later and it still went back. The recommendation from Dragy was to return it. Full refund issued. Waste of time in the end.Show lessfloppynoodle
