Dragy needs to be fixed !
First thing the leaderboard won’t open and its too slow to load and sometimes tells No connection also the user won’t be back + the app is soooo slow to load ,, i hope very soon to fix these issues.Karaz258

Just like the title says, huge problems with their Alibaba CDN usage. Most US providers block that content due to security issues which is why the app has so many problems working now.ssdalvid

Constant issues connecting to leaderboards or viewing performance reports. “No internet connection” errors when I’m definitely connected to the internet. Hardware works great, app is not functional most of the time.
Update; Been over a year and they’ve done nothing to fix the issues. App is becoming unusable/pointless. Leaderboards no longer work. It’s a real same such a great product is going to fail because of the app.Show lessIG_Suck_Donkey_Dicks

Sorry for the inconvenience. We did our server maintenance earlier this week and the app cannot get connection to the server during that time. Now everything works normally. For your information, Dragy's operating temperature range is -10 to 60 °C (14-140 ℉), charging range is -10 to 45°C (14-113 ℉), please make sure that don't leave dragy outside when not using no matter winter or summer, the extreme temperature may cause unexpected battery failure. Do not leave Dragy in any place exposed to direct sunlight, such as a vehicle dashboard or a window sill, or exposed to high temperatures such as a vehicle parked in the sun. Doing so may cause the lithium-ion battery to leak. Do not leave lithium-ion batteries near a heat source, such as a stove. Doing so may result in overheating, explosion or fire.Needs improvement
Very laggy when trying to load leaderboards. Randomly signs you out of account. This app needs to go back to the drawing board, great idea, cheap and terrible execution.helahahaha

Guys… This app used to run flawlessly! Now? Leaderboards don’t work. System assumes its user error or internet connectivity issues. This is not the case. PLEASE fix this. This is the preferred GPS system chosen by some of the biggest companies and drivers in the world. Let a little Joe Schmoe advise to you, FIX IT! We like leaderboards. The used to work so well!
