Right idea, poor execution
The app/system overall has a lot of great ideas and functions but it is not user friendly and has a lot of glitches that need to be ironed out. They have over complicated the system by adding too many functions. I find the navigation of the app to be very counterintuitive. The app also freezes regularly. I hope they’re able to work these out because it’s an affordable scheduling system with a lot of capabilities.

Too glitchy!!
When the app works, it’s great. But every single week I have to at some point delete and reinstall because it gets stuck when I check in for a job and the wheel continually spins. It literally happens every single week and it’s very annoying.
Confusing to use and other issues
There are a lot of great features inside the app, however, it is very confusing to learn and use. Perhaps too many features in one app makes it complicated. Support is not available by phone unless you leave a voicemail which causes more issues and time trying to learn new software. I would not recommend.

Overall great app !
It works great, the logging out/crashing occasionally is annoying but is manageable but I would love to have the option to send videos in the journal entries!
Too busy
The screen is too busy with colors and tabs. It doesn’t clear when a walk is canceled or complete. The clock is a tiny font and doesn’t countdown to show how much time you have left. Too busy with the walk recap and then save and send, complete and and verify. There’s nothing efficient about this app in getting in and out in a timely manner.

Please fix these things
1. Icons on top for clocking in and notifications are too close to the top and therefore too difficult to select.
2. Can’t upload pix in IOS at all.
3. When there’s a weaker signal the app will not refresh and then when does you lose all data.
4. Animal icons are only useful IF ONLY the icons relative to the care are showing. For example, if a client has two cats, dog, outside bird feeders and a fish, why would all of these icons be illuminated on a midday walk for the dog? Only the information that is relative to that visit should show. Too much info is not always better.

Essential, but desperately needs updating.
I use this daily, but with every passing month, something isn't working. I really wish that it would either be tended to and updated, or sold/given to a developer who can give it the attention it needs.
Logging In
The app constantly logs me out. This wouldn’t be as much of a problem, except that it also doesn’t support secure logins (ea. FaceID or TouchID) and it doesn’t respect the iCloud Keychain so it doesn’t automatically suggest my login information at the login screen. In the day of secure/long passwords, apps really should include these abilities to make logging in easier.

Game changer for sitters and clients

Logs me out
The app on my phone periodically logs me out then says my password is invalid. I have to reset it back to the same password because it didn’t log me out of iPad or web browser
