For an operator this big, this app is an underarm. This app should answer to anything a subscriber would need from the operator and provider extensive information. Take myooredoo for example and work from there!

I’m sorry what I’m just saying now! But this app it needs a long of working.
Firstly it takes a long time just or opening and it says that you have a Network Connection issue but actually there is no problem.
I don’t what Djezzy’s think. I think I should remove this app from my iPhone because it’s useless from now.

This app doesn’t work on iPhone X, it takes forever to just open, full of bugs :(

You need to update the app. Things are slow and messy. Also why don’t you add Djezzy network (réseau) like on android devices.
