Submission on Claim.
I have been trying to submit ONE Claim this afternoon. I have spent close to 2 hours. Finally I called a representative and she got me through the procedure. There were some glitches, but I was able to submit the Claim, finally!
I realise that computers supposedly make it easier for business, but for those of us of an older age, we find the processes EXTREMELY difficult! Businesses should not assume that everyone possesses the latest skills.

Glitchy
The app needed to be deleted and reloaded but took several tries.
So convenient
Really like the VHI app. Making claims is so easy. I do wish I could view my claim using the app (currently have to go to the website).
