IPhone app don’t receive sms text notifications
Couldn’t log in because the PIN was not received in my IPhone ... apparently is only functional on Android (puzzling).

Easy access to all your health insurance needs
Very easy to use, all info in one place, great for submitting claims/expenses. Love the rewards section of the app too. Plus it’s very secure. Great, easy to use app
Time consuming
No options for less common scenarios. Perhaps on purpose so people give up and don’t submit the claims
