No refund for undelivered drink
I used this app just recently for food delivery and the delivery driver did not include the drink for $5.14, there is NO WHERE to report an undelivered food item within the app, unlike Uber Eats and DoorDash. So I’m just supposed to be ok with paying for a drink I never received? I also tipped the driver, won’t be using this app again since if I don’t receive the correct order, I’m just losing money.

Where are the tips going?!
I made a order through the app and left a tip for the restaurant. When I got my receipt at the restaurant it said I didn’t leave a tip! Who is getting the tip money?! Might as well call the restaurant and other through them instead!!

They use door dash but it’s not through the door dash app and if they forget something you can’t say in the app they missed an order and no way to get a refund I ended up just going to the restaurant and picking up what they missed
Use caution
We used this app for purchasing food in our town from a reputable restaurant. In checking my bank account the next day we had a charge from a restaurant 250 miles away on the same day. The one thing they have in common is they both allow you to use this app to order food.
Customer Service Not an Option
I tried this instead of DoorDash to order from The Bagel Shack. I did not get what I ordered, and there is no where to request help from customer service. I spent $61 on bagels and did not get what I ordered. Very dissatisfied.
