Glitchy and often have time placing orders

When they updated the app something happened and now it’s always glitchy and constantly tells me “we are experiencing an internal error” so I can’t order. Also always tells me I need to select a new pickup time within 30 seconds of adding items to my bag. The old app was much better. I love Flour but they need to fix this.

Can’t use Gift Card in-app

App is easy to use and I love your food - would love if you could use a physical Flour gift card as a form of payment when ordering through the app. It would be great if all locations could make sure that the necessary allergen options can be selected (not greyed out accidentally) too when the proper ingredients are on hand.

Works great just a note

The app is a great improvement over the old version. The only thing I am seeing that may be considered a bug is that the user needs to manually view their order status on the Home Screen once it is complete to clear it. Otherwise a backlog of old completed orders need to be cleared out one by one by tapping on the egg logo. Can a fix be implemented where these clear automatically after a certain amount of time?

Recent App Issues

Used to love this app but ever since the new app came out, I have been unable to order ahead. Keeps saying we’re having an issue with the internal server and only loads half of my profile information. I finally got it to a payment page today and it was just blank white. Please fix because I used to order every morning!!

Trouble with new app

I love Flour Bakery and am a regular on my way to work! However with the new app, I find that I’m unable to order ahead without having to select a default time that is often 30 minutes later than I’d like it. Recently, the earliest the app would allow pick ups was 8:15 despite the cafe opening at 7. Absolutely nothing against the quality of the cafe, but the app glitches have sent me elsewhere a few times because of the inconvenient timing.

New version a step back

The various menus are crowded with items that are ‘sold out’; fully half the time there are server issues; can no longer use the app to pay when you order in the cafe! Not sure what the benefit was supposed to be, but it was to the detriment of the user.

Glitchy, but working again

I just updated the app and now it will not bring up any Flour location basically rendering the app useless.

Follow up: the app is now working, thankfully. I liked the old app better but that’s usually the case when something new is rolled out. It’ll just take time to get used to it.

Please add ability to modify half sandwiches

Hi! Love Flour Bakery and love the convenience of app ordering during the weekday lunch rush. With the most recent update, I’m now unable to add modifications to half sandwiches, which I really appreciated in the older app version. Please add this functionality back!! Thanks!!

Problems with latest version

I love flour and have been very happy with the app in the past. It looks like a new version just got released, and I had a couple issues with it. I’m giving 3 stars to flag the issues.

After adding a lemon ginger scone to the bag, it wasn’t clear how to go back to the menu. I finally realized there was a back arrow in the upper left, but it blended in to the background image of the scone picture so was hard to pick out. I was expecting to be taken back to the menu after selecting the item. I accidentally selected multiple of the same item before I figured out what happened.

Then, I wasn’t able to use either apple pay (my preferrred option) or google pay. Some kind of error happened after selecting each of those. I finally resolved it by entering my credit card manually. That was a pain.

Hopefully these can get resolved, I am otherwise a happy customer!

New update doesn’t accept existing password

You should grandfather in old passwords. You lowered the bar so my current password is too complicated for it now🙄
