  • Worst there is

Honestly I hated the first game, but when I saw the sequel, I was curious to see what changes they made. It’s rather impressive that they managed to release a whole new game and implement zero improvements whatsoever. It is just as poorly made and optimized as the first, and the physics are flat out broken. You can perfectly mirror your ghost in a race and yet sometimes you’ll just randomly tilt more than before and flip over. Second, the vehicles are more wobbly than a ball of flubber. Finally, the tracks aren’t built to challenge you. They are simply built to annoy you. I wouldn’t be surprised if this review gets deleted by the developer, but to all who read this: do not download this game! If you like hill climb racing games, jump over to the Fingersoft games Hill Clim Racing and Hill Climb Racing 2. Excellence all around in those games and you don’t have to spend a single penny to progress at a decent rate. Stay away from this garbage!

  • Yeah Looking Good and Good Times

Was looking for a game that would offer a challenge and for times when I have spare time to play. This was one of the times when I had time to look and when I did look this game looked good. I have played it a few times and it looks good, time and time again I try and beat my times by looking at the track in front of me. All in all, I must be honest cuz I wouldn’t lie to you but this game is alright. Looks good and I have enjoyed I have. If you are looking for a good game to have a good time look at this.

  • It’s a ad filled copy of a better game

It’s a blatant ripoff of Hill Climb, and they throw in ads every few runs that you can’t skip for 30 seconds.
    Uninstalling this garbage.

In response to the developer’s reply: Phone Destroyer is free and it doesn’t shove ads in your face just for playing a few matches. Same with Hearthstone. You guys are just greedy. It’s game makers like you that’s killing the mobile video game industry with this freemium crap and inflating it with a stupid amount of ads. It was a better time when you just paid your 1-5 bucks for a game and didn’t get the hassle of ads or pay-to-win.
Also, none of this changes the fact that you guys ripped off Hill Climb, so you’re still in the wrong.

  • Okay game, I guess

I have many issues with this game.

    1. Your friends list have their “best times”, but it doesn’t make sense. On one stage you have to beat it in 1:10 to proceed to the next stage. No one on your friends list has that time or lower as their personal best. But they have times for the next stage? How can they have a time for the stage if they didn’t pass the last one?

    2. The physics are just insanely stupid! You tap the gas and you’re doing a wheelie, tap the brakes and your vehicle quickly lifts its rear end trying to flip over. Makes no sense what so ever.

    3. Your vehicle bounces for no reason what so ever! Your shocks will send you flying in the air. You can be going slower than your opponent and still jump 2 times higher than the other person. Again, this crap makes no sense!

    4. The further along you go the more ads you will receive. At first you will get an ad every 3-5 runs. After stage 10 you will have an ad after every single run.

    5. Your opponent is not a real one. It is computer created, but they will claim it’s your friends run. You can clearly see this by #1 complaint, and by watching their vehicles. They will float across the map and their tires won’t actually touch the ground at any point.

Waste of time for an app.

PS, the developer responds to any negative feedback, but ignores the users who give them positive feedback. 😂 talking about taking a crap on your loyal fan base.

We were trying to respond to every single feedbacks but we are a small team. :( You shouldn’t see any more than two video or interactive ads per hour, per session. If you restart the app that will reset the counter. We’re looking at addressing that issue, however note that making any purchase will disable ads for you permanently. Need help with anything else? Please get in touch via Help and Support in the game Settings. - Hutch Games
  • Meh

    Awful game
Controls are so bad the car isn’t going forward it’s jumping.

I change my mind thanks for the response

Sorry to hear that the game was not what you expected. If you stick with it you may find it surprisingly fun, or you probably just need to upgrade your car and keep trying, but I'm sure you'll manage to win sooner rather than later. Alternatively you can check out some of our other games. - Hutch Games
  • Any purchase removes ads. Good to know.

Update: after the below 2 star review, the developer confirmed that any purchase in app will remove ads permanently. That’s great to hear. In the first game this fact was advertised clearly. Hopefully they will clearly make it known in MMX 2 that any purchase removes ads. I’ll update this again after we get some time with the game and free.

Loved the first game, and my son and I beat every stage and got all the base level cars, several versions of some. We paid to have ads removed on the first MMX. That doesn’t seem to be possible on this version. That’s unfortunate. Won’t be playing this one nearly as much if at all.

  • Ok

So I’m not alone here. Level 6 under 1.21?????? I’ve watched YouTube clips and I can’t get close to 1.21. It’s insane. I am so looking forward to that update!!! I try and try but clearly I’m not good enough. And have had to stop as I can’t continue past level 10 as I need the supercar. Thanks Devs for thinking about some of ya useless gamers with old thumbs and slow reactions!!!

We are continuously monitoring where people are getting stuck, and it's possible we'll roll out an update soon which makes things slightly easier. :) - Hutch Games
  • It's just okay

There are many, many games of this genre: pick a vehicle, race over a course, collecting coins as you go, spend the coins to upgrade the vehicle's speed, tyre grip, stability etc. until said vehicle is good enough to complete the course before running out of fuel.

This version is okay. The graphics are good but there are weird things going on. First off, the fuel guage is not a fuel guage, it's just a timer: the fuel burns at exactly the same rate no matter what you do. Floor the accelerator, hit the brakes, roll down a hill without touching the pedals...your fuel still burns at exactly the same rate. This is really silly. Cars do not work like this.

Also, if you run out of fuel, your vehicle explodes in a ball of flame. Erm...why? If it's run out of fuel, why would it explode? And what would make the fireball if there's no fuel?

Finally, the tyres on some of the vehicles don't rotate, by which I mean you can see the logos on the tyres rotating but the tyre tread remains stationary, no matter what speed you're doing. This makes things look really odd.

So...a fun game, but with flaws that indicate a sloppiness on behalf of the developers.

  • Why

The game is fun, yeah it’s a serious grind or you can pay to advance faster I guess. The reason of my rating is you get good rewards for accepting to watch advertisements and I watch them all to get diamonds BUT every once in a while you get hit with a forced advertisement....like why is that even a thing if others volunteer to watch ads. I’m deleting this game because after witnessing that I see this company only cares about money over their customers.

Update: I like how responsive the developers are and how they try solve everyone’s issues. Good to know a purchase would disable ads as some games not by this developer will continue to show ads after purchase. Thank you!

  • Ads ruin this

This is a pretty decent and skill based game. Great graphics too. I managed to get 8/10 of each of the upgrades in my first car but now in every second game an ad comes up so I have to wait 30 secs before I can play again and each course isn’t even that long so it gets to a point that ads take up more time than playing. It doesn’t need ads since it has in game purchases. You should choose to watch an ad rather than be forced.

HAVE HAD A DEV RESPONSE - they have said that these games do cost money which I 100% agree but I play quite a few games and there is no such level as this than in hill dash. I notice lots of other comments about the frequency of the ads. DEVS this is an issue.

Hi there, Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately being a free to play game we need to include ads to fund the development of the game, as many people will not want to buy anything in the game. Please be aware that any purchase, no matter how small will disable the ads. We are listening about the ad frequency and are carefully monitoring it, we are also hoping to switch to some shorter adverts - Thanks Hutch
