ART Test on video

I tried to do the ART test for pre- departure to Singapore for Apr17 departure. Followed all instructions right up to the final stage where I keyed in my credit card details to pay…but it could not proceed further to confirm. I went back to the start to check if I had keyed in all boxes and yes they were there but still could not complete the process. I did it all over again with a different credit card and the same thing happened.
Wasted a whole hour doing the back and forth.
I guess I need to look for another Online ART Test provider.

Fake! Phony! Fraudulent!

ordered a dozens of medicines and kits here. Yet, I do not receive anything even 3 weeks after my order. This app is a total scam.

Broken experience / Capitalizing on being official virtual ART approved

I’ve never written an app review before, but I was so utterly frustrated by my experience with Doctor Anywhere that I had to.

I’m short - the scheduler system is really broken and doesn’t update in real time at all. And the doctor supply is too low, but patients are stuck without options.

Details:

Situation is that I needed to do a supervised Covid ART test, and Doctor Anywhere is the only official option to do this virtually.

Tried the “book doctors available now” and waited through the entire 5 min countdown. I was led to believe that it would be successful because the app messaging says calls are picked up between an average of 1-5 mins. They must not include calls that never get picked up in that average. If there aren’t doctors available, don’t direct a user to the live call.

Tried scheduling in advance from a list of doctors and times that the app suggested they were available. Tried 6+ times for different times with different doctors - all of which were suggested by the app as available times. Then after 10+ clicks per booking attempt (which was the same information I had to put in every time), at the end it said “not available, pick another time”.

I gave up on DA and booked with Speedoc and had a very easy time getting a GP virtual appointment within the hour. Also got a referral for the professional ART sent to me right away.

Then booked the Supervised ART with DA (lots of supply there), and attended the appointment. Then I was told they can only do Supervised ARTs on basis of a referral from a DA doctor. This was NEVER made clear before! If this is the case, then it should be set up as a 2 part booking, or at least give a big warning in advance.

It doesn’t make sense that other licensed doctors couldn’t refer. If they’re going to create a racket / lock up on GP referrals for ARTs, then at least they have to have enough supply of doctors and a functional booking system!

Unable to schedule future ART appointments

Hi I am trying to schedule a supervised ART appointment for upcoming travel but the app does not let me schedule on for a future date (except today). Is this a known bug? If so when will it be fixed?

Doesn’t work

The app just shows a loading animation and can’t be used. 1 star for this non functional waste of time

Terrible App

Was FORCED to use this app when I was undergoing my SHN.
1) The doctor ‘diagnosed’ me with general anxiety disorder (GAD) without a proper analysis and questionnaire.
2) On a second occasion, the app did not manage to get me a consultation but charged me for it. Have been writing in to customer service but have received no response so far. Would like my refund so I hope this review gets responded to. Thank you.

Cannot rebook with favourite dr

USE A DIFFERENT PROVIDER

The app is not smooth to use, the Dr rushed and was trying to hang up - the call lasted less than 3 minutes. The medicine was late and then they only sent one of the two medicine. I called them numerous times. No one answered!! I emailed them and when someone called me back, they couldn’t find my name in their system!!
Huge inconvenience and waste of time.
Plus during circuit breaker / lockdown this doctor service is not using contactless delivery!! Driver said I had to open the door and sign his mobile phone screen with my hand to get the meds. I previously used WHITECOAT which was fantastic - going back to them.
