Had what I think was flu and was feeling too poorly to drag myself to the dr. Then I found this app. In ten minutes I had signed up, answered all the questions and had a video chat with a dr. Within three hours of that, my prescribed meds were delivered. This couldn’t be more convenient!
Very long wait and charged me twice
I had to wait a long time to talk with a doctor and during my wait the app crashed 3 times. I was also charged twice. The support team sorted the payment issue, but it was annoying and a poor experience. Also my prescription and other info was shared via email which is not secure and easy to intercept/hack.
