Please fix UI. It's worsening
On iphone SE 1st gen The map zooms out to show the whole of Africa for some reason. I can't zoom in
The ride options (insured plus/electric boda etc) fill up all of the screen I can't see the map. I can't even go back. I have to quit the app and reopen
App doesn't inform me of canceled or completed rides. I have to confirm with the rider. Or force close the app and reload it.

Barely gets the job done
Having the Same issues from months back
Map zooms out to show the whole continent of Africa when navigating. Can't even zoom in to check where the driver is. It just zooms out automatically
The screen doesn't change when the ride is over. I have to close the app and then reopen it otherwise I'm stuck on the same 'ride in progress' screen which I cannot leave.

UNSAFE Boda is most accurate
I reported two safety incidents, asking to never be matched with a Boda driver who publicly harassed and abandoned me on two events. Safe Boda said there was nothing they could do, but that I should cancel the trip if I got matched with him again. HORRIBLE matching algorithm if you claim to be “safe” yet dismiss the liability of the fact that serious harm will one day happen because of this negligence. Never using SafeBoda again nor would recommend it.

It’s ok. Just needs some refinement
The deliver package service isn’t working for me. As soon as it’s initiated. I get a blank box with a “try again” option. I can’t even cancel or click anything. It just hangs on “searching for safe boda” screen.
Also a suggestion. Pairing should not say “rider not found” as that is most cases not true. it should instead say “rider not near your current location” and add an option to search for the rider not just near your location but anywhere. phones aren’t all the time using geolocation so the app shouldn’t depend on that all the time for pairing.

Doesn’t open
The app will not open. I’ve registered with a local phone number and verified. Tried in two separate locations several times to open but I only get the “try again” message at the bottom of the screen. I need some help to make it work
Forced to deposit money before ride is confirmed
I would have no problem with this app if they didn’t force us to deposit money before the ride was confirmed. There are instances where I have deposited money on the app but there have been no rides. it is this is extremely annoying and frustrating since the money is non-refundable.
Buggy
The app is hanging when I order. Can't even cancel. And says "passenger is already on a ride" or something like that
