Invalid parameters
Tried using the app but kept getting an error ( invalid parameters) pls look into it. Using iphone x

Food order delay
Please put an average time it takes to order from certain restaurants so that we can plan better. Otherwise when orders delay,(like I've had to wait more than 1hr 30) it reflects on your brand as “safeboda” . You’re competitor has one up on you for this.
Inexperienced drivers
Soooooo much I find the guy has no idea where to go. Even common places like IHK, Face Technologies, or common roads like Bukoto or Lower Kololo. You can not rely on them to get you somewhere unless you already know the way.
English is weak by many.
Some do not have driving permits even!!!!!!!
Others who do. Now the way try to cheat and carry longer to make more money.
Because you do not screen drivers properly, it is useless. I will pay more for a regular boda just to have the confidence he knows where to go and is actually just as safe - if not more safe.

Privacy could be better
Hey team, nice app you’ve got there. Granted, there are some bugs but you guys are always on top of them. One suggestion though - it would be great if the boda boda riders and the client’s didn’t see each others’ personal contact information, but instead go through an intermediary number. Similar to what some rideshare apps like Lyft do. That way, you’d not have your boda boda fellas trying to chat up their women customers long after the journey has ended. As it is, your riders can see the customers’ telephone numbers, save them and later on send unsolicited WhatsApp messages. Sort that out and you’ll have a topnotch app.

Latest Update is a mess. I don’t advise updating.
It’s not worth using anymore. Rather go back to Uber.
Won’t register my phone number
I usually love the app. Use it all the time. But I can’t get through the registration of my phone number with this new version of the app. Was working fine before.

I can’t download the Kenyan vision am only getting the Ugandan vision how do I go about it

Hello Mahad. We are sorry to hear about this. However, the app is the same. Simply sign in using your Kenyan number with the Kenya country code and enjoy the SafeBoda experience.
Great app but keeps crashing
Great biz idea but app keeps crashing when I try to go to the payment tab or top up with Mpesa
When it works, it’s great
For the first week of use this app was great, i put on credit and since then I have had trouble getting any Boda’s to come. More often than not they will wait for me to call before telling me they are not coming because it is too far. Please stop offering discounts if the network can not sustain them. I am now stuck with a lot of credit I can not spend.
If the driver cancels I am charged, if I cancel I can not rate my experience. It would be useful to see more choices for why I am cancelling so as to give the company more regular feedback. Similarly I would recommend a “quick feedback” option to be added to the app so I can work with the company to stop they driver network contacting me unsolicited after the transaction is finished.
The trip history is a great concept, I intend to use this to claim business journeys. Unfortunately only my first trip of >10 saved so this is not yet possible.
GPS for the drivers would make the service much better and would increase use. If you live on a street with no obvious landmarks, do not bother with this app.
A few updates will make this service very valuable.
